IMPEACH ELENA KAGEN

The Oath of office that is taken by every elected Official, Police, Military an Person becoming a Citizen is to 'Protect and Defend the Constitution against all enemies both Foreign and Domestic. The American Constitution, based on the Judeo-Christian roots of the Founding Fathers is the supreme and inviolate law of the land.

It is not fit, therefore to have a sitting Justice whose teaching expertise and frame of experience is how to insert a the Theocratic Religious Ideology of Islam into, along side or over the Constitution,

Islam's tenants and pillars of faith publicly stated goal and directive is to Conquer, Convert or Kill any and all who do not submit themselves to the rule of Shariah Law and the Laws of the Quar'an, aHadith and the Surra, Shariah and Islam's goals are not compatible with American Juris Prudence and the Freedoms enshrined in our American Constitutional Laws and Traditions.

It is my belief that Elena Kagen committed perjury with the highest of grave intent, if not in fact to hide from Congress and the American People, hiding that the classes she taught at Harvard as a Law Professor were " How to Incorporate Shariah Law into the Law of Nations' and her expertise in that field was integral to her appointment by her former student, Barack Hussien Obama, to the bench.

Further, Elena Kagen, as the Chicago Attorney who personally served Barak Hussein Obama and his wife Michele in crafting the many separate law suits and blockades of their personal histories, to keep the investigations tied up in judicial wrangling during the vetting process of election law, did in fact intentionally and with specific malice to the national safety and national security of America and impede the ability of the proper Congressional and Media Channels to properly vet the background, associations, schooling as well as criminal background and activity of a candidate running for office of the President.

Commission of these acts against the Constitution rises to the level of High Crimes and Misdemeanors as well as Sedition and Treason against the American people.

Elena Kagen is unfit to serve. I demand that a Grand Jury be convened consisting of the of the same Attornies Generals who filed for the repeal of the Obama Health Care Bill, passing an up or down vote from the Grand Jury for the Senate, without further ado, draft Indictment papers, to go to the House vote for Impeachment, removal from the Bench and Conviction of Treasonous Acts against the Constitution and its provisions of Law.

Further she shall be disbarred from her position of trust as an Attorney of Law in America, be denied any pension, benefit or compensation as befitting a position of a Supreme Court Justice, and prohibited from advising to or personally holding any public office in America.
