Stop our Military from abusing animals.

We the People of the United States of America wish to Petition our U,S, Senate, U.S. House of Representatives and President Obama to put into law that NO military personal on or off duty shall ever commit acts of violence including but not limited to Abuse by beating, sexual and immoral acts, starving or leaving any helpless animal. We further ask that any violence to animals shall receive up to 7 years in Prison, a 7, 000 dollar fine and shall never have in their possession or care an animal. We ask that those who have already committed and those that do commit these crimes be placed on dishonorable discharge. We ask that our Military set a standard that is Moral and upright as our military and defender of our nation should.
