If Marijuana or any other Natural drug can be banned Alcohol should be number one on the list because it kills more people in the U.S than all other drugs combined including children and innocent people. Not only that our government allows establishments that serve alcohol and people have to drive home afterwards. In my mind this makes no sense at all. i think if alcohol is legal so should all other natural substances (Marijuana). and if taxed i promise this would Help in our nations debt problem. stop being hypecrits and ban all or ban none.

If drunks were treated like smokers, it would save lives, and money in property damage and medical bills. Smokers can't light up in public, even though smoking doesn't cause wrecks on the way home. City festivals, rodeos, parades , sporting events and other city sponsored events ban smoking but sell beer and then turn the drunks loose to drive home. Beer and drinks should have taxes raised like cigarettes have and drunks and winos should NOT be allowed to drink in public !
