TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,WE THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA ARE STANDING UP TO FIGHT BACK FOR OUR CHILDREN.MANY CHILDREN SIT IN FOSTERCARE EVERY YEAR THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS PAYING FOR! THERE ARE FAMILY MEMBERS AND CLOSE FAMILY FRIENDS WHO ARE WILLING TO CARE FOR THESE CHILDREN IN MANY MANY CASES. YET THEY ARE BEING DENIED THAT,BUT CPS GETS PAID MORE IF THEY KEEP THE CHILDREN IN FOSTERCARE,WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNEXCUSABLE AND NEEDS TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. YOU AS OUR ELECTED OFFICALS HAVE THAT POWER TO MAKE THESE CHANGES. AND ANOTHER ISSUE CONCERNING THIS IS THE TIME FRAMES IN WHICH CPS AND FAMILY COURTS ARE HANDLING THESE CASES.MANY CASES DRAG ON FOR YEARS AND YEARS,WHICH IS COMPLETELY UNEXCUSABLE AS WELL.FAMILY COURTS ARE NOT FOLLOWING FEDERAL LAWS IN MANY STATES AND DO AS THEY PLEASE WITH FAMILIES.WE ARE NOT GIVEN TRIALS,CIVIL RIGHTS AND PARENTAL RIGHTS ARE BEING VIOLATED ON A DAILY BASIS.THESE THINGS NEED TO BE TAKEN VERY SERIOUSLY AND TRULY OPENED UP FOR FEDERAL INVESTIGATIONS AND ANYONE INVOLVED IN SUCH CORRUPTION AND DESTRUCTION OF FEDERAL LAWS NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS! CPS IS COMMITING LEGAL KIDNAPPING AND FAMILY COURTS ARE ALLOWING IT TO CONTINUE,WE HAVE RIGHTS AND NOBODY IS ENSURING OUR RIGHTS ARE PROTECTED. FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS GET SUBMITTED INTO EVIDENCE,PURGERY IS BEING COMMITED BY SOCIAL WORKERS,LAWYERS,DOCTORS AND MANY MORE ALL IN THE NAME OF MAKING MONEY,MONEY THAT THE TAX PAYERS ARE PAYING.WE ARE IN A HUGE DEFICIT AND ALLOWING CPS TO CONTINUE TO STEAL CHILDREN AND GET HUGE BONUSES FOR OUR CHILDREN ISNT HELPING OUT OUR ECONOMY IN ANYWAY.WE ENCOURAGE ANY AND ALL ELECTED OFFICALS TO GET ABOARD AND TAKE AWAY THE POWER CPS HAS.WE NEED A REFORM BADLY. I was falsely accused of abusing my child by supposedly "taking him to the doctor too much" when he had a legitimately diagnosed illness. The allegation was instigated by his REGISTERED CHILD SEX OFFENDER FATHER in a cruel attempt to gain custody. DSS didn't even want to hear me, and they made every effort to prove this false allegation instead of even considering any other possibility, namely THE TRUTH. When we went to court, 8 months later, again ALL efforts were to prove the allegation instead of a search for the TRUTH. A witness in the courtroom even caught a DSS caseworker clearing her throat and nodding her head when another DSS caseworker who was on the stand started to tell the TRUTH. This blatant bias is called "CONFIRMATION BIAS", and I felt as if I were witnessing a WITCH HUNT with me as the supposed WITCH. In reality, I am an innocent mother who would never harm my child and never have. I had never felt so helpless in my life as I sat in court, AN INNOCENT AND GOOD MOTHER, being falsely and so cruelly portrayed as an abusive mother by an organization that is supposed to be in place to protect my child and search for the TRUTH. Nevertheless, the judge found me NOT GUILTY of abuse or neglect for taking my child to the doctor when he was sick, as I had done nothing wrong, but my child's father was granted custody later on the same false allegation that a judge had found me NOT GUILTY of. Another unbelievable fact is THE FATHER IS A REGISTERED CHILD SEX OFFENDER in South Carolina! People, please speak out against such abuse of our children by a system that is clearly NOT acting in "THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CHILDREN"!
I cry for all who have lost their children from personal experience
I tear up for all of you other people who have lost your children needlessly. I too have a 2 month old in foster care for no real reason, other than judgements, there was no abuse or neglect so they played the "no parent capable" card. and unfortunately if it can be played on me, they could get away with it on every child in America.

It is embarrassing how the state of California has many restrictions to eliminate fraud but, on the other hand, the people from DCFS are committing several violations that are not being reported.
I know of many people who have become victims of DCFS but, unfortunately, most of those victims could not afford to pay for an attorney to defend them. Most attorneys helping the people who have become victims are tenets of DCFS, and favor them, which influence them not to investigate any complaints or to avoid external conflicts with DCFS.
Our priority is to see that children don’t suffer due to corruption.

no governemetn should make money on other peoples children that is sick and not proper.
my daughter has been through the system and had her children taken away and i had them for a month. there was really no reason for them to be taken away from her. i see people every day that should not have their kids with them and they do. there was this one lady at the bus station and all she would do was yell at her instead of getting up and going to get her. she kept on doing it until someone that worked there said something to her. cps does not do their job all the time and when they do sometimes they are wrong.
