SILENCING THOSE WHO OBJECT TO CRUEL ANIMAL TESTING. PERHAPS THIS LAW SHOULD BE SCRUTINIZED and AMENDED, as IN ITS PRESENT FORM IT DOES NOT PROTECT ANIMALS, or ANIMAL ACQUISITION.

Greed & Corruption is an EVIL at the expense of animal lives. I'm ashamed to be a human. Stop the insanity or the kind hearted vegetarian/vegans, animal loving, tree huger environmentalist with rise up and slaughter you all...with the grace and blessing of God!
For congress to create a category of crime called "terrorism" which places normally first amendment rights to conduct lawful assembly, freedom of speech and freedom of information and to which our bill of rights and traditional rules of our constitution and laws are not applicable is an unconstitutional act. Please overturn the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act of 1992 and force industry to stand on the merit of its conduct instead of penalizing citizens who police them with prosecution and jail time.

The AETA is a dangerous law as it gags people who are expressing their 1st Amendment right as well as silences those who want to protect animals from exploitation and abuse. It goes against American values and is a boon to animal abusers.

The animals did nothing wrong for them to be used in experiments, just so that human( and I do use that term loosely) could live for years, What about their rights??? There are some diseases that animals do not get, so using them to find cures is not the answer. There are people sitting prison who have committed such heinous crimes that they could be used instead, now maybe you might think that I don't care about people, but that is not true!!! We also have people who think that we should use other means of finding cures that would benefit people and animals.
Stop allowing any animal research. Stop allowing animal abuse that is currently happening at testing facilities. This is wrong. Animal abuse must stop in America.
