Dear Sir/Madame,
This is a call to action to make an example of Halfton's abusers. He was repeatedly kicked, his abuser stomped on his head in Gloversville, Ny, all in the presence of "by-standers" and an infant child. Please charge him with a felony--to make people realize they can't get away with animal abuse with just a slap on the wrist anymore! Animal lovers are also sending emails to Mayor Dayton King, Please--this has to stop!
