Free Jesse Argumedo

Jesse Argumedo a young man of 24 years with a family and zero prior convictions was sentenced to 12 years in prison in the state of California for a bar fight. This is injustice on the greatest scale. We are asking for your support as we have filed an appeal to over turn this court ruling. The system has imprisoned a man that has only contributed to society and was sentenced to prison for a crime he didn't commit. We ask that you support this appeal process and help free Jesse Argumedo.

Police and the justice system takes advantage of many people and this is a perfect example! lets keep going and let justice prevail!
This is NOT JUSTICE! I am tired of reading about all of the unfair trials in California! Stop this ABUSE of a human being.
Dear sir(s),
Please consider reviewing the case of Jesse Argumedo whom was sentenced to twelve years in prison for a first offense.

No execuses will be made in regard to Jesse's erroneous choice of friends or choice of lifestyle.  The argument will be for a young man with inevitable future among regular society.  I strongly believe in the U.S. Justice system however, there are instances where cases become just a number.  The actual person on trial is not fully considered on their merits but only on the accused crime.

The district attorney found it fit to recommend the extreme sentence.  The defense failed to successfuly dispute the enhancement.  Yes, possibly due to lack of financial means in order to carry it through the justice system.  An appeal is in progress at this time in order to dispute what should have been resolved in the trial; the exorbiant use of the gang enhancement stature.

As we all know, the prisons and it's ongoing criminal syndicates are training grounds for master degrees in criminology.  Do we really want to rehabilitate or do we want to enhance these syndicates' memberships?  By sentencing Jesse to hard time, the rehabilitation theory is just that, a theory void of action.

Again, please consider this petition on behalf of a young man whose future can be of a productive member of society.

If the spirit of the law was ignored for just a conviction a more perfect example I can't imagine. I know Jesse, I have worked with Jesse on numerous jobs and I have seen this man perform his job assighnments with total professional attitude. I have dealt with my share of gangster types in our line of work and Jesse in no way fits that profile. This case has more to due with wrong place wrong time and possibly a poor selection of friends. In my view Jesse is a hard working person whereas concern for his family remains paramont and a lengthy prison sentence does no justice to that.
In our society today, many people are a victim of our justice system. This young man is a Father, Husband and has many years to contribute to our society..I DON'T understand how a @3 years old youg man with NO prior record is sentence to 12 yrs in prison..Many Celebs and Pro athletes are charged with much worse crimes, and their sentences are minor compared to the crimes..Case in point a F-ball player kills a working man with his car and get's zero prison time..Explain, the difference between a young man and Pro status..Is it money or just a inconsistent system that sends a young man to prison. Jesse, was not the one who even provoked the bar fight that lead to his conviction. Please reconsider this decision, a young man is paying the price for half his adult life..He deserves a second chance. God says we are all forgiven and we have the opportunity in this life to become better people that only grow with changes that affect our lives.
