My best friend is having her life tore away from her. Sat in court waiting all day 8am - 5:00 pm and they took it off the docket and moved it and never informed her. She asked the officer that checked her in at lunch break to please find out what was going on. The officer forgot. She has to wait for 3 weeks to see her son in court and no one cares or is helping her.
I too have been violated by the system. My kids have been taken away after a report that was filed over 2 months ago claiming my children where in danger & living in an unsafe environment. My children also are native American and were removed w/o notice to the tribe. If they were so in danger why wait over 2 months to remove them and to my belief violate the Indian Child Welfare Act?? They have terrorized & terrified my children and destroyed my family over hearsay. These monsters have to be stopped!!!!

San Bernardino social worker Darren Guentert had an obvious agenda from the beginning. He filled his reports with lies and rhetoric and went as far as to perjure himself. My zip code was 91311 I moved to save my life. Married to an abuser for over 18 years and with a ton of evidence that minors council supressed and denied ... I was advised against a National Supreme Court Ruling to go to AL-Anon by Patricia Ito. She also assigned a dependency law minors council Nancy Brucker. Nancy Brucker lied about many things and the abuser was given custody and allowed to send our 3 children to three different states. She also asked that the court find him a hardship and cover fees. He makes over $100,000 a year after bankrupting his business. My rights and my childrens rights were violated. They are still being violated through our corrupt courts. The child custody evaluator said she had never been so undermined. I would like to know who I can hold accountable when one of us is killed or severely injured by his hands.

Good and fit parents are losing their children at alarming rates, our innocent children are now nameless, faceless, dollar signs that can be lost to the "system" in the blink of an eye. Guardian ad Litems are running and ruling the Family Court, and if you are the "poor soul" that he/she has NOT sided with, well you might as well say your good-byes. Gone are the days we felt secure that fairness, justice, and truth will prevail. Hello to the days of corruption, bias, discrimination, denial of our Constitutional Rights as an American citizen, denial of Due Process, denial of our right to face our accusers, denial of our right to Trial by a jury of our peers, should I go on????? Where have our Parental Rights gone? When did it become ok to "steal children" for absolutely NO reason what-so-ever? When did heresay, lies and false accusations with ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF warrant a judicial ruling???
Money talks, and it can and WILL make it possible to "buy" your own children in this so-called "Court of Law" so if you don't have quite enough money, but you are rich in love for your children, I am sorry to say that it is not enough.
You could be the most loving and nuturing parent that has spent every moment of your life dedicated to raising and adoring your children, but if you are unfortunet enough to end up in the Family Court System here, you had better say your prayers. If you are not a "big shot", if you were not born and raised here, or if worse of all you cannot afford a high powered attorney and have to rely on a court appointed attorney, you basically have NO chance of keeping your precious children.

My niece and 3 nephews were raped by their biological dad. He never spent a day in jail for what he did to these precious babies. Instead, the burden was put on my then 9 yr old nephew who doped up on my medication by facilities that are ran by the state of Arkansas. Since my oldest nephew was determined to be incompetent, there was no trial. The monster was never charged with raping my niece who was 3 yrs old at the time. The prosecution said she was too young to testify to anything. My second oldest nephew had recanted what he said was done to him and his siblings out of fear. Of course, he was scared. His dad who was supposed to protect him was torturing him and his siblings and had threatened to kill them numerous times. My youngest nephew was barely 18 months old when he and his siblings were removed from the home, so he luckily doesn't remember what was done. My parents had to jump through all kids of hoops in order to adopt the kids. They were also given false hope and empty promises by DHS. Instead my parents and the kids were made out to be the criminal in this situation. My oldest nephew is 13 and is having the hardest time to with violent outbursts and is constantly tortured by the thought of what was done to him. To make matters worse, the biological dad has three other babies with his now wife, who he was having an affair with since she was at least 13 years old. The Family court judge in 2007 ordered that DHS remove all other children that were present and any future born to this monster. Instead, the monster put an injunction against DHS for harassing him. So, he has basically been given permission to continue destroying young lives. The criminals need to be treated like criminals not victims.
My husband is in jail for being wrongfully accused of child endangerment with bodily injury. When we were at trial he was not allowed to get on the stand to testify on his behalf we don't know y. Then when he went for sentencing him and his attorney demanded that he had an unfair trial and the judge agreed but denied my husband a new trial and denied him probation. ANd also my husbands ex girlfriend has a founded case of physcial abuse on her and a founded case of of child neglect on her and the state didn't do nothing but slap her on the hand and told her don't do it again and she got to keep the kids and she kept doin it. And she put herself way before she puts them kids but that's ok with CPS.
Please do something about this Congress. My daughters children just got taken from her and she didn't do anything, the father was the accused. Now that accusation isn't even being discussed and they are trying to do everything in their power (airing dirty laundry, psyce evals. etc. causing her to lose her job and home and forcing her into poverty) and she didn't do anything. Even if the children are being placed with family members there should be an extensive investigation instead of just a couple of phone calls. Even if the children are being placed with a bio parent CPS should not make a quick decision, The child should be first and foremost protected! If the bio parent has any kind of convictions, especially drugs, domestic abuse, assault or anything to that nature the child should be placed with other family members, like a grandparent. If placing the child with a bio parent takes them away from everything they have known their whole life, they should be placed with the nearest relative so that the child can continue as much normalcy as possible. If the bio parent hasn't been a consistent part of the child's life, the child should be placed with the nearest relative who has been consistent in their life. If the child is placed with a non custodial bio parent, because of the death of the custodial parent, it should be mandatory that the child be allowed visits with the grandparents, other siblings if there are any and other family members of the deceased parent. BE A VOICE FOR THE CHILDREN!

We lived a very gruesome hidden life, told not to talk to anyone.. I couldn’t sign the children up for counseling or therapy with school or anyone, He feared that the children would talk!! We moved and moved every time the cops were called or any authority figure came to our home, Mr. Mankins has never been with an adult women, Having raped me at 15 and forcing me to merry him, at 17!! After the birth of my first son, in 1997, I had found out that Mr. Mankins had a report made by a young girls parents for sexual molestation of a 14 year while he was 24... When the investigator showed up. I called and reported it my self about a friend of his sister that He had in his words had sex with earlier that year on a camping trip that I due to being almost due to deliver the first blessing god gave me…she was 15 or 16!! This man is sick in a way that’s indescribable in words no matter how hard I try, In hopes that he would have to pay for his sins.. And My boyz Devon who, then was just 1 and ½ and Daren just months old, WOULD BE FREE and I would not be forced to bring another gift from god into this Nightmare; However Trinity County gave him UNLAWFUL sex with a minor. He was Given a year and let out on house arrest.. four months later!! 1995-1996 While at my parents house he physically beat the crap outta Jamey Bayley throwing her up against my parents air conditioner, Chocking ect… She is now a Trinity County Officer! The list goes on and on, Bottom line is Trinity county CPS…Trinity County Court and any agency there in have done NOTHING to HELP MY CHILDREN!! Although the truth is right there in BLACK AND WHITE!! I finally had the stranght to stand On May 23, 2010 when Mr. Mankins became in raged and came at my father in his home with the knife and fork he was using… after a verbal assault on me. The Family Courts are a haven for abusers. They get custody of children whom they have beaten and raped with impunity. They get child support from the safe mothers who are put on supervised visitation or no contact with their children. CPS does nothing to protect these children. This is hardly a way to create a peaceful nation. These children will do to society what was done to them.

Did you know there is a renegade family court, The William R. Ridgeway Family Relations Court (located in Sacramento, CA), touted as among the worst in the country, with a demonstrated history of taking well adjusted children away from predominantly wonderful mother’s and occasionally good dads. This happens routinely in high conflict custody cases (involving domestic violence) that are deliberately driven here, by very unscrupulous trial judges and greedy racketeering attorneys, which view these situations as a “cash cow.” In almost every case, the men (a smaller percentage of women fall into this category nationwide) have a well documented history of domestic violence, where the victims have sought divorce, along with necessary restraining orders and shared custody as remedy to escape the violence.
More often than not, when abusive parents can no longer physically batter their ex partner, some continue their torment by instigating an unending trail of legal proceedings that can go on for years, in family court. Unscrupulous attorneys look for a particular type of profile, in these cases, primarily good parents that truly love their children and will work, if necessary, 3 jobs just to surmount enormous legal costs, if there is the slightest hope of bringing their children back home, after they’ve been taken away fraudulently. Frequently, the children in these domestic violence cases are assigned a minor’s counsel (a peculiar arrangement exclusive to California statute only) that’s appointed by a judge, and is supposed to vet the deadbeat parents, along with conducting frequent welfare checks on the children. Too often the minor’s counsels do nothing but collect large amounts of money from a deceptive “Children’s Fund,” maintained by the Court and paid for by California taxpayers, while simultaneously fleecing the parents, too.
Very often, these cases harbor abusers that have very long and disturbing histories as convicted batterers, rapists, pedophiles, major substance abusers, and in some cases, some have done time for murder. Having been granted shared-custody, these errant parents proceed to abuse their own children, a practice that can go on for years during visitations. Though loving custodial parents have consistently reported these abuses over time to the police and the Children’s Protective Services (CPS), which are suppose to step in to protect minors and prosecute offending adults, nothing happens, and the violence against children continues. When this happens you end up with the resultant tragedy such as we now have with CPS in Sacramento County responsible for hundreds of dead children, adding more casualties each year. Dear Assembly Member Dickinson:
In light of the most recent shocking revelation in the February 15, 2012 Sacramento CBS Local report (Sacramento Juvenile Court Official Arrested on Child Molestation Accusations http://sacramento.cbslocal.com/2012/02/15/sacramento-juvenile-court-official-arrested-on-child-molestation-charges) which follows a full decade of citizen outrage regarding pedophile-friendly Family and Juvenile Courts, we ask that you contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Marshall to request a thorough investigation into public corruption in these courts.
We further request a programmatic audit of family and juvenile courts by the California Bureau of State Audits, through the Joint Legislative Audit Committee, to determine if these courts are ensuring that child physical and sexual safety is the highest priority in determining the best interests of children.
On January 20, 2011, California State Auditor, Elaine Howe, published the results of her findings in Audits conducted on both the Sacramento and Marin Family Courts. Amid a number of astonishing revelations exposed in the Sacramento Court, alone, was the loss of one million dollars in revenue. Accordingly, much of this fiscal negligence owed to gross mismanagement that involved the continual practice of little or no record keeping. What makes the latter concern so egregious is that much of this fiscal indiscretion transpired as millions of Californians were, and still are, suffering the effects of a greed ravished economy.
Equally disturbing was the revelation that court personnel, i.e. minors’ counsels, mediators and therapist lacked the necessary qualifications and training that taxpayer dollars were compensating them for. Tragically, many of these individuals were making life altering decisions that, in our estimation, has permanently damaged (in some manner) thousands if not millions of families in the Sacramento Court, for decades. Finally, as though the above results weren’t horrifying enough, the Auditor avowed not even the laws of this State were being followed.
Critics of the Sacramento Family Court contend its ineptness goes far beyond just a matter of poor record keeping and fiscal mismanagement. They argue much of the Court’s ineffectiveness owes to a protracted history of systemic corruption, involving the unwarranted removal of children from responsible parents without a legitimate cause and placing them at risk with alcoholic, violent and/or pedophilic parents. I have seen things happened to a mentally retared person and the department of Human services did nothing. The department for the Aging did nothing for her. They took advantage of the reports and information and used it to their advantage, found out that the person was not legally adopeted, they went to court and adopted her, no one asked her if she wanted to be adopted, she did not. She is living in solitude, where the people that adopted her do not talk to her at all, they do not sit and eat with her, she is never taken any where. Virginia is the most backwards state that I ever been to. The juvenile court in winchester took over jurisdiction when I had custody of my daughter. My ex and his new wife, lied on the forms and I tried to tell the judge and I was denied and the city of winchester took over jurisdiction and I lost custody of my daughter.

Guardian ad Litems are running and ruling the Family Court, and if you are the "poor soul" that he/she has NOT sided with, well you might as well say your good-byes. Gone are the days we felt secure that fairness, justice, and truth will prevail. Hello to the days of corruption, bias, discrimination, denial of our Constitutional Rights as an American citizen, denial of Due Process, denial of our right to face our accusers, denial of our right to Trial by a jury of our peers, should I go on????? Where have our Parental Rights gone? When did it become ok to "steal children" for absolutely NO reason what-so-ever? When did heresay, lies and false accusations with ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF warrant a judicial ruling???
Money talks, and it can and WILL make it possible to "buy" your own children in this so-called "Court of Law" so if you don't have quite enough money, but you are rich in love for your children, I am sorry to say that it is not enough.
You could be the most loving and nuturing parent that has spent every moment of your life dedicated to raising and adoring your children, but if you are unfortunet enough to end up in the Family Court System here, you had better say your prayers. If you are not a "big shot", if you were not born and raised here, or if worse of all you cannot afford a high powered attorney and have to rely on a court appointed attorney, you basically have NO chance of keeping your precious children.
This is an absolute attrocity, it is completely and totally unlawful and as corrupt as it can get, YET it is all happening RIGHT HERE IN CATSKILL, NY, right under our noses, right before our eyes, and NOBODY WILL BE THE FIRST TO BRING THIS JUDICIAL CORRUPTION INTO THE LIGHT! What is it going to take for someone to do something about this attrocity, about our babies being taken out of our arms for NO JUST REASON?!

Hello my name is Kimberly Wyckoff. I currently live in Anderson Ca. I was RAPED in Hayfork Ca when I was 15 my rapist who was 20. Outta fear he would kill myself I married him and gave birth to my five children …angles the lord blessed me with to make it through the horror. I as well as my children suffered unimaginable physical and mental abuse at the hands of Mr. Mankins. After numerous calls to CPS by my family friends and teachers of my children…Trying to get my children and myself help CPS showed up to investigate many times and forced by Mr. Mankins I lied out of fear to do what I believed was protecting my children’s lives from Mr. Mankins!! We lived a very gruesome hidden life, told not to talk to anyone.. I couldn’t sign the children up for counseling or therapy with school or anyone, He feared that the children would talk!! We moved and moved every time the cops were called or any authority figure came to our home, Mr. Mankins has never been with an adult women, Having raped me at 15 and forcing me to merry him, at 17!! After the birth of my first son, in 1997, I had found out that Mr. Mankins had a report made by a young girls parents for sexual molestation of a 14 year while he was 24... When the investigator showed up. I called and reported it my self about a friend of his sister that He had in his words had sex with earlier that year on a camping trip that I due to being almost due to deliver the first blessing god gave me…she was 15 or 16!! This man is sick in a way that’s indescribable in words no matter how hard I try, In hopes that he would have to pay for his sins.. And My boyz Devon who, then was just 1 and ½ and Daren just months old, WOULD BE FREE and I would not be forced to bring another gift from god into this Nightmare; However Trinity County gave him UNLAWFUL sex with a minor. He was Given a year and let out on house arrest.. four months later!! 1995-1996 While at my parents house he physically beat the crap outta Jamey Bayley throwing her up against my parents air conditioner, Chocking ect… She is now a Trinity County Officer! The list goes on and on, Bottom line is Trinity county CPS…Trinity County Court and any agency there in have done NOTHING to HELP MY CHILDREN!! Although the truth is right there in BLACK AND WHITE!! I finally had the stranght to stand On May 23, 2010 when Mr. Mankins became in raged and came at my father in his home with the knife and fork he was using… after a verbal assault on me. Did you know there is a renegade family court, The William R. Ridgeway Family Relations Court (located in Sacramento, CA), touted as among the worst in the country, with a demonstrated history of taking well adjusted children away from predominantly wonderful mother’s and occasionally good dads. This happens routinely in high conflict custody cases (involving domestic violence) that are deliberately driven here, by very unscrupulous trial judges and greedy racketeering attorneys, which view these situations as a “cash cow.” In almost every case, the men (a smaller percentage of women fall into this category nationwide) have a well documented history of domestic violence, where the victims have sought divorce, along with necessary restraining orders and shared custody as remedy to escape the violence.
More often than not, when abusive parents can no longer physically batter their ex partner, some continue their torment by instigating an unending trail of legal proceedings that can go on for years, in family court. Unscrupulous attorneys look for a particular type of profile, in these cases, primarily good parents that truly love their children and will work, if necessary, 3 jobs just to surmount enormous legal costs, if there is the slightest hope of bringing their children back home, after they’ve been taken away fraudulently. Frequently, the children in these domestic violence cases are assigned a minor’s counsel (a peculiar arrangement exclusive to California statute only) that’s appointed by a judge, and is supposed to vet the deadbeat parents, along with conducting frequent welfare checks on the children. Too often the minor’s counsels do nothing but collect large amounts of money from a deceptive “Children’s Fund,” maintained by the Court and paid for by California taxpayers, while simultaneously fleecing the parents, too.
Very often, these cases harbor abusers that have very long and disturbing histories as convicted batterers, rapists, pedophiles, major substance abusers, and in some cases, some have done time for murder. Having been granted shared-custody, these errant parents proceed to abuse their own children, a practice that can go on for years during visitations. Though loving custodial parents have consistently reported these abuses over time to the police and the Children’s Protective Services (CPS), which are suppose to step in to protect minors and prosecute offending adults, nothing happens, and the violence against children continues. When this happens you end up with the resultant tragedy such as we now have with CPS in Sacramento County responsible for hundreds of dead children, adding more casualties each year. With no vehicle or rational laws in place to protect their innocent children, well meaning moms and dads elect to hold the children back from court

Re: Request for a Federal and State Investigation into Sacramento Family and Juvenile Courts
Dear Assembly Member Dickinson:
In light of the most recent shocking revelation in the February 15, 2012 Sacramento CBS Local report (Sacramento Juvenile Court Official Arrested on Child Molestation Accusations http://sacramento.cbslocal.com/2012/02/15/sacramento-juvenile-court-official-arrested-on-child-molestation-charges) which follows a full decade of citizen outrage regarding pedophile-friendly Family and Juvenile Courts, we ask that you contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Marshall to request a thorough investigation into public corruption in these courts.
We further request a programmatic audit of family and juvenile courts by the California Bureau of State Audits, through the Joint Legislative Audit Committee, to determine if these courts are ensuring that child physical and sexual safety is the highest priority in determining the best interests of children.
On January 20, 2011, California State Auditor, Elaine Howe, published the results of her findings in Audits conducted on both the Sacramento and Marin Family Courts. Amid a number of astonishing revelations exposed in the Sacramento Court, alone, was the loss of one million dollars in revenue. Accordingly, much of this fiscal negligence owed to gross mismanagement that involved the continual practice of little or no record keeping. What makes the latter concern so egregious is that much of this fiscal indiscretion transpired as millions of Californians were, and still are, suffering the effects of a greed ravished economy.
Equally disturbing was the revelation that court personnel, i.e. minors’ counsels, mediators and therapist lacked the necessary qualifications and training that taxpayer dollars were compensating them for. Tragically, many of these individuals were making life altering decisions that, in our estimation, has permanently damaged (in some manner) thousands if not millions of families in the Sacramento Court, for decades. Finally, as though the above results weren’t horrifying enough, the Auditor avowed not even the laws of this State were being followed.
Critics of the Sacramento Family Court contend its ineptness goes far beyond just a matter of poor record keeping and fiscal mismanagement. They argue much of the Court’s ineffectiveness owes to a protracted history of systemic corruption, involving the unwarranted removal of children from responsible parents without a legitimate cause and placing them at risk with alcoholic, violent and/or pedophilic parents.
