I support making this law retroactive on a state and federal level. To ensure that this law is acknowledged and enforced in the CJS. Some public defenders are saying this law does not apply here in NC. When the President signed it, the bill became law. Some courts are still going to do what they want to do because they have the power and who's going to hold them accountable?

One question~~All those who belong to the religious group who were not allowed to eat meat on Friday, but then the church changed the law making it ok to eat meat on Fridays...Are the ones who disobeyed that law while it was in effect..are they still going to hell, or are they cleared for Heaven now that the law was changed?

I have one serving 17 years and he so far away I can't see him. I haven't seen him in over two years. Let us have our children because that is what is all behind bars, young children. We have so many people that should be behind bars. Why don't you spend time getting them there. And save a generation of children.
