Just because they wear suits and tie's they are not considered criminals i guess. if someone accidently key word here ACCIDENTLY kills someone it is called Involuntary Homicide, but apparently where BP is concerned, this wasnt even an accident, but neglegance and still nothing...this is terrible and something has to be done.
