Immediate Repeal of New Health Care Law \

The Obama Administration Report Confirms New Health Care Law Increases Costs, Hurts Seniors.

According to President Obama's own administration’s analysis, the health care law he signed in March violates his pledge to ‘bend the cost curve’ and it will force millions of seniors off their current Medicare coverage.

Analysis by the Obama Administration’s Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) shows that President Obama’s new health care law is not in line with his pledge to “bend the cost curve.”

According to the report, the Democrats’ government takeover of health care, actually increases national health care costs over the next 10 years by $311 billion.

This is in addition to what we already know about how this new law is leaving middle class families to brace for higher premium costs. It is also hurting employers with job killing tax hikes. Many companies have already stated how it is hurting them. Congress was to hold hearings with these companies that have been releasing the adverse affects of this new law. Congress has recently cancelled these hearings because even Congress cannot cover up their own (CMS) report.

House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, said Friday the report shows that not only will the national health care costs increase, it will force more than 7 million seniors off their current Medicare coverage.

Among the findings, the actuary concluded that:

***About 14 million people would lose their employer coverage by 2019 as smaller employers terminate coverage. Therefore, workers who currently have employer coverage become enrolled in Medicaid***

The President has stated that this government takeover of health care was the single most important thing that we can do to address our deficits. But as it turns out, it’s just going to make matters worse.

We The People want this new Health Care Law Repealed NOW, before it can do major damage to the best Health Care System in the World, and inflict even more damage to our weak Economy!

The Solution is to repeal this Legislation in total and start over. You must work in a Bi-Partisan fashion, to find common sense solutions that will reduce the cost of health care and provide affordable coverage for all Americans. To lower cost you must include Tort Reform and allow Insurance Companies to do business across State Lines. The free market must be allowed to work.

i must approve that... peace out John Bias
Why is our Government Leaning so hard on the Elderly, why must you expect us to live on a Budget that is out dated by 2 to 3 years and the Coast of living keeps sky rocketing out of control, do you not realize, that today's Seniors are living below the poverty line, and way to many of them are Homeless because they can no longer afford to pay their Montage, or rent.
When Our President was running for election, he made a PROMISE to all the elderly , that he would help them and all those who were LIVING ON Welfare" I saw My Mother suffer living on Welfare, and then again as she got old living off social security and barely making ends meet".It must be all those Promises that were made DIED when the Presidents Mother died, because he sure is not living up to those promises now.! LOOK out on to any street you will see the ELDERLY, Sleeping under a bridge or on a park bench and where they can find some place dry and safe, they come last at any shelter, People with children come first.
Again I ask Why Do you lean so hard on the Elderly, the elderly who worked hard all their life's, for the right to Retire in complete secure comfort, that is being stripped from them...
There is a saying "Never judge a book by it's cover," I too have a saying for CONGRESS and Our President ,"don't inflect hardships on those already suffering Hardships." The ELDERLY.! One day you to will find yourself walking in their shoes and then what are you going to do.?
REPEAL or DEFUND this mess that the majority of Americans never wanted. The gov has no business trying to run much of anything. I'd like JUST ONE example where big gov does a better job than the private sector??
This nightmare has to stop
