Even as late as the 1960's it was shown that Hydrogen as a fuel or even a complement fuel could not only run engines but prove to have cleaner exhaust than present engines.
I worked in the Middle East before and saw how wealthy they are. Petrol is cheaper than water there. Been a long time we're dependent on their oil. A must for a change.

This is two faced petition, since the dot gov already provides grants for hydrogen production and technology. I wonder who drumed up this useless webpage? Also very important, you do not need their approval because the water is also being used in the same exact way and manner under the hood of all vehicles today already. The hydrogen electrolsyer hydrogen producer is the same as a car battery. It makes the same type hydrogen fuel under your hood every day already.... California has been a thief to this country and all society ever since the start of Hollywood, and that is exactly why since Regan took a gov office, the country has gone downhill into the dumps by two faced law. The tunning of a real goverment, has not any place for movie stars. In a real court of law, With a true jury, It would have to be thrown out because of the true Facts. This is a useless petition, that anyone in the automotive lawmaking field would understand, it has to be ignored, and they know that. But what do you know is the question here.
I think it's well over do. I have been doing a lot of research on this subject lately do the the state of our economy. I would like to see laws changed to permit the use of hydrite as well for hydrogen based research and use.
Why is it that the problems of the fuel crisis and the environment are let to just the "People" to find? It's time our Elected officials start to listen to us, The People.
We have proven that H2O2, from water electrolysis, drastically reduces greenhouse gas emissions, and reduces hydrocarbon fuel consumption when using gasoline, E10 ethanol, E85 ethanol, diesel fuel, kerosene, natural gas, fuel oil, and propane. We have proven that the EPA mandated Air/Fuel ratio can be increased to Leaner mixtures which result in cooler combustion temperatures and still further reduce mandated emissions requirements and reduce fuel consumption at the same time; without the need for expensive catalytic converters. Please allow us the freedom to explore this technology without being subjected to criminal prosecution for violating unjustified environmental laws.
We need this because it works. WE as AMERICANS are being raped savegly by opec and there co-consperritors. This is a major yay out from under and its pure and clean, water in water out. Hydrogen is the most plenteful elliment in the universe for a reason.
I have used this technology sucessfully on 2 of my cars. There is also a NASA report( NASA TN D-8487 Tech Library KAFB NM) on this that shows it works.
Hydrogen on demand can play a significant role in reducing fossil fuel consumption which in turn helps reduce the trade balance and will help reduce polution. I URGE you to investicate further and to take steps to make it a part of the national energy policy.

Dear Congress, I know how valuable this source of energy is and how well it works. Please I urge you to look at it, look at the value to all Americans.
Government should allow and promote the use by common people (not controlled by corporations) of new techologies like "Hydrogen-on-demand" to reduce the dependency on foreign energy resources. They should also research the possibilities of using these technologies for industrial applications.
