I have two children that have been forever scarred by the unfathomable acts of a sexual predator. One is currently in prison and should NEVER be released, another is on the FBI most wanted sexual predators list. I will do whatever it takes for my children to receive justice and these very sick individuals to never harm another child!
I am at the point that I don't think my country cares about children anymore! We must stop at nothing to protect our children they are the most precious thing we have!
These predators need to be put on an island with no escape so they can rape and harm each other. Keep them off our streets. There are to many of them loose to harm another child.
Please make our children safer. I have a 10 yr old grandchild in which I am even afraid to take in a crowd or shopping. These offenders need stiffer penalties to save our children from harm.
We must have life in prison for sex offenders. I pay taxes for a lot of things I don't agree with, I will happily pay taxes to keep offenders in jail. Child predators usually hurt those close to them first, then get sent to jail. It is an strong addiction and they will give in and they usually kill the victim after release to try to cover up the crime. I'm not saying all sex offenders will kill someone, but if only 1 child is saved, it is worth it to just lock them all up for life. In countries where they cut off your hand for stealing, people don't steal.
If the lawmakers are not willing to have the sex offenders in their neighborhoods, what makes them think we are. Prison for life! What we are doing now..is NOT working. There has been too many children killed in the last couple of months by sex offenders. They don't register, put them away. I would rather feed them for life than bury 1 more child!
These monsters cannot be rehabilitated!!!! They just can't!!... Get them off our streets!! If there is no room in jail... MAKE ROOM!!!! ..let the people with small drug offenses out if you have to! But, get them away from out children.
I think it is rediculous that the sex offenders has more rights and freedom than our kids. We have to watch our kids every second of every day because these predators rome the streets and our kids can not go anywhere with out the chance that one of the predators may abduct one of them.

One of his friends was abducted and killed last week by one of these predators. I had to explain to him what happened to his friend. The sex offender was a repeat offender. Why was he put back on the street to be able to do this again.
We should not let these monsters live let alone be able to roam our street and search for there next victims.
Please change the laws on sex offenders and repeat sex offenders.

The Laws must be changed! These Monsters have got to be stopped! The "System" failed Justin and so many others! Lock them up and get these low lifes off thr streets! How many more children have to die?
We lost a young boy in our community on March 30,2010. Justin Bloxom would have been 13 years old in May...Instead he was lured to a taxi cab by sexual predator Brian Douglas Horn !!!! Justin thought he was texting a young girl & agreed to meet her via cab. The 'young girl' ended up being the monster Brian Horn, a taxi cab driver...Within 2 hours of being abducted, Justin was murdered. We have been told that Justin fought hard for his life, but was no match for a grown man. What a waste of such a beautiful life. My son was a friend and classmate of Justin's and this will forever haunt him along with the rest of us. Something needs to be done to protect our children !! We need stiffer laws !! Sexual predators CANNOT be rehabilitated !! First offense and they should be locked up for life or in my opinion be sentenced to death !! There is no crime that even comes close to this one !! Get these sickos off the streets !!! or your child might me next !!
As a concerned citizen of the u.s.a. i write to congress to make the laws harder on sex offenders, in the case of Justin Bloxom should have never happened if congress was doing it job and protecting the kids of the U.S.A., these monsters should be put away for life and no way out, so i ask of congress to protect the kids of the u.s.a so what happened to Justin Bloxom does not happen again. this is a free country, and should not be free to child molesters who hurt kids they should not be set free ever.

As a Mother I am saddened by the release of sexual predators back into our society..They chose their path to murder, rape our babies..I think they should be shot ..They deserve no rights.
We lost a wonderful, loving child to a sex offender in my area on March 30th. He was only 12 years old, Something has to be done to protect our children. This whole community is devestated!
the most cops do everything they can to protect us but what more can they do when the justice system keeps letting them right back out we do everything we possible can as women and mothers to protect ourselves and our kids you can tell these people where they can live but they can lie to register or stay the night at someone's home and who is really going to check to see if there CAB DRIVER is a SEX OFFENDER before jumping in to go to work or to send their child to a friends house ect. and no one could have fathamed that a registered sex offender could have gotten a cab licence come on lets use common sence people they will have every oppertunity possible to do anything they want or a murderer. who cares if they haven't been in trouble for 5 years. that doesn't mean they have not done nothing they just haven't gotten cought. just smarter. certain x cons do not need access to things that make it easier for them to do what gets them off and they should name the bill after justin bloxom.. just like they did when they said sex offenders couldn't live near schools and parks they named it after that little girl. jessica (i think was her name but don't quote me on that one)

This is such a travesty..The laws need to be changed to NEVER let these criminals out..They can never be rehabilitated..they just stalk their prey once they are released. Making laws to protect the public instead of the criminals is imperative..
