They should be incarcerated in some manner as to never be out on the streets again. If not prison for life, an institution for sexual deviates! Sex abuse is murder of the soul of an innocent child and has serious destructive effects that last a lifetime. Don't put them back out on the streets to ruin more lives. Innocent law-abiding families have the right to be protected from those who commit such crimes against nature, and as American citizens, we demand it!

On March 30, 2010, 12 year-old Justin Bloxom died in Stonewall, Louisiana at the hands of a predatory monster, paid to roam the streets in search of his next victim. We will not continue to slap the hands of child molesters,
'rehabilitate', then release them so that they can focus on another child. The monster who killed Justin was a repeat sexual offender.
They have 3 days to register once released. They can drive public transportation to seek out more victims.

Violators of children should have NO rights afforded to them! First offenders should have chemical castration FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES. PHYSICAL castration if the victim is 13 or younger. Other countries do not have this rampant problem because they hand down harsher penalties for 1st time offenders. I'm sure people would think twice before harming an innocent if they knew the consequences would be more than just a 'time-out' in prison.

Why do we keep letting them out to turn their attention to other children? A child molester is never 'rehabilitated'. There is nothing I could drink, nothing I could smoke or shoot in my veins that would cause me to do such horrific things to a child. They take the rights and innocence from our chldren, WHY DO THE OFFENDERS HAVE SO MANY RIGHTS??????
My child was molested and raped by my husband who currently works for Webster Parish Sheriff's Dept. on the highway. Yes, he has a badge and he can attack any child any where. My child didn't tell she was abuse until the age of 22. She was a victim of his for 12 years. I love my daughter and wish I would have known the signs so maybe I could have helped her.
