As a mother I want my child to not have to worry about being kidnaped, raped, or murdered. Now I know that there is always the possibility that can happen, I want to make sure it is not a repeat act from a registered sex offender! This petition is to give harsher punishments on sex offenders the first time so it will be less likely for a repeat offense.

They should be incarcerated in some manner as to never be out on the streets again. If not prison for life, an institution for sexual deviates! Sex abuse is murder of the soul of an innocent child and has serious destructive effects that last a lifetime. Don't put them back out on the streets to ruin more lives. Innocent law-abiding families have the right to be protected from those who commit such crimes against nature, and as American citizens, we demand it!

my sister was molested and her molester plead guilty to molesting her and one other girl and was sentenced to two years total. he served less time than that. she was eleven. i am an american soldier and i fight for peoples freedom. but some of the people i protect dont deserve freedom. these sexual predators are the terrorists that i'd rather be fighting.
