I absolutely oppose the Puppy Mills rotten business. I have been involved in doing research on Puppy Mills, and I am glad that I was able to share with the bigger organizations Animal Defenders Team. I am also starting another Petition urging the Governor of California and to the President of the United States, Barack Obama, to write legislature banning breeding dogs, cats, rabbits, and other animals, and to ban the sales of domestic animals, and that the only solution to this problem if a family member wants an animal, the person has to ADOPT the animal from the county shelters, and will have to pay the required fees for the adoption, spay, or neuter, etc....
I found organizations enjoined together, California Bichon Frise Breeders: It says, "Call 866-592-5322 to speak with a Bichon frise Puppy Specialist." There are 100ths and 100ths of puppies, young; i.e., "Willow" is white and is only 7 weeks old, it's a girl, for sale, $1,550.00, advertised, it further advertises as, "...all of the puppies available on this website are from our exclusive national network of the finest breeders and may not necessarily be located in California, Shipping is available." There is another puppy named Champ, 11 weeks old, for $1550.00; Gigi, 11 weeks old, $1250.00; Sassy, 10 weeks old, $$2395.00; Perrier, 8 weeks old, $2,050.00; Marshmallow, 11 weeks, $1550.00; Romney, 11 weeks, $1050.00; Dreamer, 10 weeks, $2,050.00; Lance, 10 weeks, $1550.00; Miss Daisy, 11 weeks, $1,250.00; Sunny, 10 weeks old, $2,050.00; Bella, 10 weeks old, $1,725.00; Jazzy, 6 WEEKS OLD, $1,750.00; Chase, 9 weeks old, $1,550.00; Crystal, age blocked out, $1,550.00; Dora, 9 weeks old, $ 1995.00; Klondike, 12 weeks old, $1,550.00; AND, there are Meetups Organizers: Liza Kolbunicky Pasko, which initially she had had 94 Meetups; after later loggin again, her profile had changed from an organizer, to 'No answer yet', and the introduction also changed to being a charity or service projects from helping animals nature clean ups, serving the homeless and needy, reading to children, etc. However, from organizer to member The San Diego Human Frise Meetup Group Organizer; The San Diego Bichon Frise Meeting Group Member, etc....But, one comment she made to Governor Jerry Brown was not to close the shelters for the Bichon Frise. Liza K. Pasko is an organizer of businesses growing for Bichon Frise, puppy mills. She is the leader of organizing the Bichon Frise business, here is a comment from one of follower-Emmett Morgan: 'Hey Liza, I went to that Spring Seminar today and what a GOLD MINE of resources and contacts for a new guy like me! Sincere thanks for posting it up! This is just an example of how powerful Liza K. Pazko had organized the production for Bichon Frise Puppies, that web page was removed the second time around I got back on the internet, with new changes. Liza Pasko joined on May 12, 2010 the San Diego Bichon Frise Meetup Group. Another example, of the information discovered under Liza K. Pasko, is that on 03/23/2012, she reported that she had attended 11 meetups; and on 03/24/2012, she had attended 35 meetups; but just before all the changes on the web page took effect, it said she had attended 94 meetups, and her followers thanked her for the meetups and for their accomplishments after that meeting. The San Diego Bichon Frise Owners & Lovers have monthly Nobel Park Meet-Up, and rated 3 gold stars of 5. Liza Pasko, Organizer: Getting together so our beautiful Bichons can play and the dog parents can share information and chat.' So, the bottom line is that the organizers of puppy mills marketing can quickly disguise what it is they do.
What are we monsters? How could we not help those less fortunate. We have to stop these monsters from being allowed to do this. If pet stores stop selling the puppies, then people will have a lot less of an ability to hurt these poor mommies. Please stop them.
All puppy mills should be closed down!!! The dogs are used as breeding machines and nothing more!!! It is cruel, and certainly no life for them!!!!! It's all about the "Almighty Buck!" and nothing more!!!!! I call it exactly what it is - CRUELTY TO ANIMALS!!!!" IT'S AWFUL!!! IT'S WRONG!!! IT MUST BE STOPPED - NOW!!!!!! Too many of those dogs end up in a shelter, and get put down. As far as I'm concerned, the only way to go is to adopt a shelter dog!!!!! PERIOD.
We have to put to sleep 4-6 million pets every year. Puppy mills supply at least 2-3 million animals per year. If we get stores to start adopting displaced pets instead of selling puppy-mill-bred animals, which generally have miriad health problems, we can essentially shut the puppy mills down.
Puppies/dogs are not "things". They have feelings like pain and sadness. You can't just make them like they're a product on a grocery store shelf. Put yourself in their position and see how it feels.
