What a slap in the face to all those families who lost loved ones on 9/11 to bring those terrorists back to the scene of the crime and then give them the same rights as law abiding American citizens have. This would be a travesty and anyone who makes this happen should be treated as the enemy.
As far as I am concerned, terrorist DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHTS, and certainly the rights of American's do not apply to people who want to blow up our country!! It is not their priviledge to receive the same priviledges that we do!!! They should not be treated as Americans. They deserve harsh treatment because their cause is terror to Americans.

I lost someone I loved on 9-11. I was also there as an EMT to witness the aftermath. Do not re-open wounds that have not healed. Holding the trial in NYC is a slap in the face to every New Yorker. If terrorists can take lives without a thought of conscience, then they can sit through a military tribunal. THEY ARE WAR CRIMINALS, and should be treated as such.

We are at war. These prisoners were captured on the battle field and do not have the right to our rights we have as Americans. They were probably never had their moranda rights read to them so how can we bring them to trial in the US system? If we do this then the police should not have to read criminals their moranda rights until some later date. Is this what we want as US citizens NO.

The 9/11 attacks against the US were acts of war and should be handled by a military tribunal. This is dishonoring the memories of the victims of this heinous action. Why give these men a public form in which to speak. Their actions have spoken louder than their testimonies.

The United States Constitution does not cover terrorist. The horror of Sept 11 was an act of war against the United States. War criminals are tried in Military Courts. STOP giving everyone else but the American citizens their rights and freedoms!
Trying these defendants in U.S. Coutrs is purly political. The purpose to attact the last administration, and cover poor public policy of its own reguarding Health Care, and other unpopular policys it supports.
