FSC Cigarettes are even worse for people and the planet!

To Whom It May Concern,

Hello. I am starting a petition to stop making the FSC cigarettes for many reasons. I understand that someone thought they were doing something good when they tried to make cigarettes fire safe, but as a smoker myself, I do notice that there are many things wrong with this. First of all, they are NOT fire safe! The 'cherries' at the end of the cigarette falls off and burn you or the floor for no reason. They just fall apart. THEY CAN STILL CAUSE A FIRE! I have been burned from my cigarette while driving, and this made me worry if one day I would get into a car accident from getting burned while driving. Second of all, they keep going out while you are smoking them, and making people feel that they need another one and causing them to smoke more. They also taste disgusting. If the purpose of this was to stop people from smoking, then they should just stop selling cigarettes at all. Not change the way they have been made for MANY YEARS! Since they cost more now, they should be made better, not worse. Another factor is this, if people are really thinking that these cigarettes are 'fire safe', don't you think that means more people are LITTERING the planet and throwing them out the window because they 'won't start a fire'...? Last, but not least... is there any proof at all that the chemicals in these to make them be fire safety certified are not MORE harmful to people's health?
They are killing people faster than they normally would with those crazy chemicals added to them. I believe they need to go back to making them the way they used to. I have heard so many people say the same thing. So I took this opportunity to write this letter. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Hey! We all know there are chemicals in them that keep them burning. Why not Take Them Out! DUH! Cigarettes should be 100%natural tobacco and natural flavors and should contain minimal paper for a smooth and tastey smoke. In addition, cigarettes that taste good shouldn't be banned either. like Cloves! All cigarettes contain FLAVORS. Marlboro has licorice and cocoa as flavors as defined in the FDA's flavored tobacco act. Fire Safety Compliant cigarette laws were passed using deception and lack of testing. They are more of a fire hazard if anything, and give people constant headaches, sinusitis, body pains, and other health ailments. when i started smoking these cigarettes in 2011, many times i have felt like I have wanted to pass out, had bouts of confusion, among other things. I have smoked since 1993 and NEVER felt like this until the intro of these poisonous cigarettes. Smoking is definitely not a good habit, but by adding EVA to cigarette papers is going WAY TOO FAR!! WHAT IF IT WAS YOUR CHILDREN THAT STARTED SMOKING!

I have developed a cough that produces a lot of phlegm and My mouth is so dry my lip are breaking out in fever blisters that wont heal, I keep sore throats and I noticed other smoker that are having the same symptoms. I am about to start a class action suit because how much damage have these FSC cigarettes caused to people health.

I feel the strip has caused me to cough so much more and made it difficult to breath. I have stopped smoking as of Jan 1 2011. I have never felt this was effective on fire safety. It would never go out when you laid it down but would always go out when smoking making you have to relight it and while driving it was an issue plus big peaces of the safety thing would drop off burning your seats clothes and skin.

since the cigarettes went FSC... they tasted nasty and i noticed that almost every brand tastes the same now with that FSC in it,you could say that you can taste the FSC in every brand of cigarettes sold in the U.S.,apart from that they burn your throat more and make you dizzy and other new health side effects from it,i have noticed that when i left my cigarette in the ashtray it burned all the way to the filter, some other brands it works and some others dont work at all plus they have 2 designs of FSC, some cigarette brands don't have stoppers they just have an extra peice of paper wrapped around the cigarette and other cigarette brands have the two stoppers that is visible on the cigarette,the only conclusion in my Opinion is that the FSC in the cigarettes was put there to make the cigarettes even more hazzardous to your health and eliminate the population even faster as part of the population crisis and the food shortage problem,this is just one product that in my Opinion falls into that category the reason i have this opinion cause of other reports in the past with BPA being discovered in plastics that contain food and drink that causes health issues as seen on Fox and CNN and also this...70% of ALL Beef and Chicken has been treated with Carbon Monoxide Gas shown on NBC Newsso FSC falls in this too and it needs to stop.
