This idea for action is WONDERFUL! Imagine capturing a predator within MINUTES of his/ her horrific -terribly violent -miserable crime?
Imagine just how much grief this would save -children -families -PEOPLE will have less loss in their lives ......We ALL already have enough terrible losses to live with. I can't IMAGINE the sheer PAIN of victims and their families of such crimes.
