Something needs to be done once and for all.....There is really something wrong with this judicial system....Our children need protection from these sick people who should never be given a chance to be repeat offenders.
It's obvious that there needs to be new laws regarding sex offenders/predators. There has been too many children hurt by these sick individuals and the number of victims are rising every day. These offenders do not deserve the benefit of doubt when it comes to the safety and well being of innocent children. There definitely needs to be new laws set up to ensure that these offenders do not offend again after they are released from jail. Children should NEVER be put at risk because of the way that our laws are set up. There needs to be a better tracking system to track these people once released and they should have to attend some type of rehabilitation/therepy session on a regular basis as well. Stricter guideline's need to be set up to keep these people on track. We, as adults, are obligated to do whatever is necessary to keep children safe no matter what it takes to do so. Children deserve to be happy without the worry of someone trying to hurt them.
I don't uderstand why people are OK with a chip put in their pets and NOT their chidren so that we can find them faster. We have the technology!Use it!
We, as parents and grandparents are crying out for justice for our children. How many more angels must suffer at the hands of predators? The laws must be changed to protect the innocent. Our children do not get a second chance once they are a victim. Why should these predators have the right to serve a minimal sentence and then be let out to look once again for a child to victimize? I think we have learned enough about sex offenders and predators to know they cannot and will never be rehabilitated. There must be ways to know on sight that a person is to be aware of immediately. Tattoo their foreheads warning that they are offenders. This may sound absurd but, but at least we will all be warned and children will be taught to avoid these people. Please, please help our children. Let them live to enjoy the lives God has given them.
Even if not their head, there needs to be a tatoo somewhere like their hand,etc. where it is visiable. Head is fine with me. They will not change their sexual habit which is children.
I am a mom of a child that was killed and no one has every done anything about it, until the government steps in and stop turning a blind eye to the horrible deeds that these evil beings are doing, we as parents don't stand a chance. Please help us stop the killings.

WE CAN ONLY VOICE OUR FRUSTRATION FOR HELP BUT YOU PEOPLE IN CONGESS ARE THE ONES TO DO THE RIGHT THING. CHANGE THE LAWS. KEEP THESE SCUMS IN JAIL. THEY NEVER WILL BE REHABILITATED. THATS BEEN PROVEN.
If a child is killed, then their life is over...for good...if they are lucky to survive, then their life is filled with memories that will affect them forever. Any person found guilty of any crime against a child should never have the freedom to co-exist with society again. Put them down like a rabid animal!
Stop the preditors NOW!! If anyone is convicted of a sex crime against a child they should NEVER be let out of prison to be able to do it again. Our children doesn't get a second chance, why should the child preditors get another chance?
It is time to up the punishment for those that are guilty of victimizing and murdering our children. They should get the death sentence if found guilty.
