Support of H.R. 2801- Extend & Expand First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit

The First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit has proven to be a strong stimulus to our country's economic recovery. It is critical that we not stop this movement mid-stream. We ask that this action be extended past the current deadline until the end of 2010 and, further, that this tax credit be extended to all homebuyers, not just first-time homebuyers. Also, to eliminate the limitation on the credit being based upon modified adjusted gross income.
