American physicians(US Citizens and Permenent Residences) are the pillars of our health care syatem. They sholud be given top priority to serve our people. The economic downfall of our country and the ever increasing unmeployment is partly blamemable to sending jobs abroad and by granting local jobs to foreigners by giving them J1/H1B visa,compromising the American citizens and the Permanent Residence. The Pres. Obama's Economic revoery paln clearly stipulated to give jobs,prioritize jobs to American citizens and Permanent Residence/GC holders. It's high time to save American Doctors now. A true sense of Nationalism should be of utmost priority.
