The People of The State of New York represented in Senate and Assembly. do enact as follows:’

The NY State law that allows a ‘child’ from age 12 and older to choose who to live with is hearby ABOLISHED and never to be amended again. It is a parents choice. A child does not posess the cognitive ability to make such a life changing decision. A child is a child until age 18.
