Child Support Laws

Please consider my recommendation to change the child support laws in regards to dead-beat parents. I propose that a 3 strikes, your out law be passed, in order for custodial parents to get the support they need to raise happy, healthy, productive members of society. I believe after strike 3 a dead-beat parent should be forced to enroll in a mandatory work release program where they must pay a nominal fee for room and board and the rest of their money going to the custodial parent until all support is paid in full.

I PERSONALLY THINK LETTING THESE PEOPLE GET AWAY WITHOUT SUPPORTING THEIR CHILDREN IS CRAP... I am a mother of 4 beautiful children... 1 of them i have a child support order for.. her father has never been in her life, she has seen him 3 times in her 8 yrs of life.. ever so often he gets a wild hair up his butt and decides to call her just confusing her even more... he recently had another baby and is refusing to pay his child support... i understand u can move on with your life, but take responsibility for the other child as well.. he is know 4000.00 behind i know its not much but it is when you have 4 children you are raising... PLEASE HELP US MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR CHILDRENS LIVES.. STOP LETTING THESE PARENTS HAVE OTHER CHILDREN WHEN THEY CANT TAKE CARE OF THE ONES THEY ALREADY HAVE... My daughter has to suffer because no one will enforce my child support order...

I am paying for kids of deadbeat dads and cse has stopped aking one of the ncp to pay and they say the ncp owes my wife nothing. 30,000 dollars in arreages has disappread and the monthly child supp. has stopped with no answers as to why. CSE has literly stolen from us .

I am over the fact that a man can have children with a woman and skate free of having to pay child support, but we have to let them see the dad (as I call him sperm donor)how is that fair to the kids? My ex just had another baby and supports his girlfriend and her kid and their new baby but won't support the first two he has. Of course they are on welfare as he works under the table . The way I got in front of the judge was turned him into the irs for tax fraud now its time to do it to his employer.. I got the whole run around of we can't find his address when I gave it to him every time he moved and we can't find out where he works...
