Our tax dollars were never meant to provide for an "elite" government. Congress should definitely be on the same programs that they vote in for the American people unless of course they are not "The American People" in which case they need to be ousted from office. For government employees to have better benefits than the hard working tax payers is beyond absurd.

Of course the American taxpayers are paying through their taxes for our legislators to live an elite extravagant lifestyle, while the taxpayers in many cases scrimp to just get by.
