An unborn child should be considered a person at 8 weeks gestation and older

We the undersigned petition that a federal bill shall be passed into law to include unborn children at 8 weeks gestation or older as persons in cases of murder, death due to an accident caused by a driver under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, and any other acts of violence that cause death to the unborn child and/or their mother so that the person responsible is punished for the death of that child as well as any one else involved.
