Save H4 EAD for women spouses
It would be a disaster to drop the H4 EADs for women spouses, I do agree with more stringent rules for hiring and that only women spouses be allowed to work on EADs and it would be helpful for them not to be too dependent and stay in an insecure situation and possibly stay tolerating abuse at home because of the insecurities. Also it is a disaster for the whole family and children if the H1b is not supportive. But the hiring should be based on merit and in only STEM fields with STEM degrees in order of preference of giving Americans first preference and then other STEM degress. Please keep the EADs for women in respect for women as an honor and good gesture, as we also celebrate "womens day", dont want "the womens day" to be a show off.
