To all you mothers, sisters, friends and caretakers of children...if you look away, you might as well be doing it yourself. That is how you will be remembered, as a liar, a hypocrite and a coward. Cruel and unusual punishment is subjecting that child to a life long struggle to feel right in their own skin. To end the attacker's life would be but a small way to give that child a place in this world again, to say to him or her " we failed you before, but now because of you no one else will suffer from the same source again".....8th amendment rights are for human beings, not animals...They claim they cannot help themselves, it is natural even...we will soon all accept that they are just like everyone else, like heterosexuals,homosexuals, bisexual and yeah you know pedosexuals,, those poor souls that have been persecuted through time....give me a break!!! The reason these scumbags keep popping up in our world is because others allow them to attack children in safety....The stakes have never been this high...If we all stand together and change the meaning of molestation abuse to highlight the true devastation it causes to the victim, the loss of sheer life will and time and energy it will become clear that enough is not being done to protect our children. To whomever argues it is cruel, unusual, unatural and inhuman to kill another person, I invite them to think about this for a second...could you actually look one of us in the eye that went through this and say we do not deserve a life where are not scared every moment, not sad every time we lay our heads down to sleep. That we do not deserve to live in a world where our pain was harnessed and changed for good. Ask any one of us, any one of us at all, ask us what would you want to come out of this, if anything can at all? We will think for a second or two and come up with some form of the same answer, " That nothing like this ever happens to another little kid, that by me telling, it stopped him from hurting anybody else." This is the only thing society can truly give someone like me.
I am thirty years old, my mother chose a child molester knowingly and I am entirely alone in this world..this man took everything away from me, a little five year old girl, reaping the wrath of a pscychopath and he walks around free.....free....I wait for the day I get the phone call that he is dead. My first real moment of life will happen on that day. If its next week or in twenty years, my soul is waiting for him to die, so that I may live again. This is why I believe that the death penalty for child molestation is applicable...It is the only way to make a child feel safe and whole again, and we send a clear message to these inhuman savages, that we as a society can truly kill the boogeyman.
This is not a violation of the 8th Amendment as they have committed a crime deserving a punishment far worse than death. 'Tis but a shame that we live in a country in which the death penalty is the worst punishment we can dish out to these living pieces of shit! But don't stop at signing a petition. Lobby your congressmen, too!
Any violation against a child is horrific and those that engage in such activity should be stopped. There is no "rehab" for this. They must be removed from society by death.
They should be put to death, right away don't spent money on the SOB's to keep them alive for 20 yrs. or more. The children that they have harmed will live with this for the rest of there lifes & there lifes will be troubled until they die. Put them in jail & let the other cell mates do to them what they have done to the children. They are not even human beings.The laws need to be for the child not for the( Molesters & rapist).
My ex-wife married a convicted child rapist, and snagged my kids to live with him illegally. The authorities refuse to act. Now, my granddaughter is in the same house. This is unthinkable.
I'm am all for this and anything i can do please let me know, I'm poor but i will help anyway i can! i have 2 kids that have been molested and they only gave him house arrest and gave him a year by the time he gets his credit! My kids live with this everyday and this has killed our family- you try taking care of kids feelings, after this happends-- they are scared to do anything or go anywhere, because of the fear of him!
As my mom says "A leopard does not change its spots" . They will keep offending when they get out and most won't register as a sex offender so let's protect our children.
i think that if you cant learn from your mistakes and live in a normal world then you have uncontroliable problems and if i had a child that had been molested we would have some problems what are things coming to when a man can rape a child get 31 days get out 10 more x before he is actual punished right statistics prove that child molesters 9 x out of 10 will get out and do it agin and the victim and there family are the ones who suffer
im all for it. it happened to my son the guys out we cant find him. my sons sentence is life for him and us.. its been 8 yrs still like it was yesterday.
I believe once a pedophile always a pedophile. The first time they are caught they get hands on the hip and a finger wave from the justice system saying don't do that again. Then when they decide to hurt a child again, they make sure there are no witnesses by killing the child. Why in hell is the justice system giving these sick creeps rights after they took away the rights of those abused. What about justice for the child who is damaged for life now? No matter how much therapy they receive, they will be stuck with those haunting feelings and images all their life. Death to the pedophiles, and to save our tax dollars use a bullet!!!
I have seen many beautiful women who have been destroyed physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally by pedophiles at a young age. It's a sick thing that these women have to live with for the rest of their lives. Some of them disassociate and live in denial, some of them accept what happened and move on as a stronger person, some of them become molestors themselves. Who is going to stop these people from further infecting our society? We can't become vigilantes and hang a molestor, we can't beat the crap out of a pedophile, we are legally helpless from solving this problem ourselves. We need the government's help to destroy these parasites otherwise in a few decades, child molestors will be unstoppable.
Many child rapists get a slap on the wrist under the current system and are released after a couple years where they are free to destroy more children - the ones who get minor sentences are the ones who will go on to rape and then kill so there is no living witness the next time - and there will be a next time - study after study has shown these monsters can't be rehabilitated.
They are also likely to have on average 50 female or 150 male victims before they are caught - how many children are we going to allow to be destroyed by these predators until we say enough is enough! Death penalty for child rapists, or if you're squeamish then life in prison with no possibility of parole - it is time for all adults to stand up for the sake of our children and stop feeding our precious babies to these monsters!! As far as I'm concerned, the moment someone rapes a child they forgo all human rights and protection from cruel and unusual punishment! What they do to children is cruel and unusual and deserves to be paid in kind!
When my Dad was alive, he had a certain punishment in mind for child molesters, that I can not say here on paper. In lieu of that punishment, which I still think should be done, then child molesters should be given the death penalty. No ifs, ands or buts, and no 2nd or 3rd chances for them either. You do the crime...you die. Period.
Its sad that our high court sides with the Gov. when our rights need to be side stepped to protect the national interest. How about know? No they knock it down when a state tries to put the public interest at hart. The people that committ these crimes will do it again. Why burden the tax payers with a life sentence? They will do it again, its been medical and historicaly proven. This is real american justice!
