If I am going to pay the salary of these men and women, I want them to sit in front of Congress and explain why they are right for the job. I want to know their qualifications. I would think that every member of Congress should be questioning why we have to have Czars who can "leapfrog" over the heads of the Cabinets and are not accountable either to Congress or to the American citizens. Doesn't the Congress have the slightest amount of curiosity as to why there is a perceived need for all of these extra people whose salaries we are being forced to pay?
