Please stop the broken Carcieri fixes! Vote "NO" on HR 3742, HR 3679 and S 1703. These bills will continue to harm indian country by making the BIA unaccountable for 200 years of corruption. Defrauding both the Native Americans and the People of the United State. *Please campaign to Vote NO on HR3697,3742 and S1703. *Demand a Congressional investigation into the Department of Interior and the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Hold Obama to his promise of transparency. *Demand to stop subsidizing entertainment companies. *Demand that Congress retains and applies its Constitutional powers to the oversight of the DOI and the BIA. *A re-write of the bills is needed to preserve Native American Heritage, to provide equally for them as was intended and to protect the US Tax Payer. Federal Court cannot help us. The BIA does not respond to Federal District Orders to explain their decisions. According to the Constitution and the 1934 IRA we are asking for our Constitutional right, for the protection of Congress, to order an investigation of the Secretary of the Interior and the Bureau of Indian Affairs for failing their fiduciary duty to equally administer the appropriations Congress has set aside for the Native Americans. Instead they have been acknowledging "created/imposter" tribes and favored special interest groups at the expense of the Historic Tribes and the dis-enfranchised Native Americans. President Obama is having a "Tribal Nations Conference" on November 5th. The leaders attending are only serving their own interests. Many are from imposter tribes. Our voices are excluded from the discussion about our future. We are asking Congress to honor the treaties we established with this new nation. Honor our Constitutional Rights. It is imperative to fully understand the impact of Bills HR3697, HR3742 and S1703 on existing tribal communities, which as they are currently written would cause an upset in tribal governments as well as a strong negative impact to businesses and local governments through unnecessary lawsuits should these Bills pass. This proposed legislation would allow Indian tribes that did not vote in the 1934 IRA a legal claim to land rights, regardless of the current property ownership. Vote NO on HR3697, HR3742 and S1703 to help keep the rights of true historical Indian tribes preserved.

Dear President Barak Obama, Please be advised and informed of the following facts concerning the Shingle Springs Miwok Indian Tribe. Some number of years ago the Shingle Springs Miwok Indian Tribe (Eldorado County Ca.) allowed the (homeless band of Verona Indians) temporary shelter upon their Ancestral Reservation Land. As reward for this act of Human Kindness, the homeless band of Verona Indians by means of several criminal acts fraud, conspiracy, deceit and treachery. misrepresented themselves as members of the Shingle Springs Miwok Tribe and caused the building of a casino (Redhawk) upon the Shingle Springs Reservation. Adding insult to injury the casino is sueing the Chief of the Shingle Springs Miwok Tribe for copyright infringement questioning his Ancestral claim as Chief of the Shingle Springs Miwok Tribe. Having stolen their sacred lands now the Casino owners/operators wish to steal their heritage and human dignity. Please know No damages are claimed in this frivolous law suit which greatly taxes the improvised tribes limited resources. To enforce their criminal acquisition of reservation land the casino operators employ members of the (booze-fighters and hells angels clubs.) Intimidation threats badgering even not allowing tribal members access to their own reservation lands with physical force in overwhelming numbers by the(booze-fighters and hells angels security force}. the chief deterrent to any peaceful protests or picketing by Tribal Members many of which live in abject fear and poverty absent shelter, running water, electricity and now deprived of their heritage,(their Pride and Human Dignity)suffer much. Knowing human nature as you do you can well imagine this situation can not long endure without further traded befalling the Shingle Springs Miwok Tribe. Please know the local authorities and the Bureau of Indian Affairs side with the money citing matters as internal tribal affairs. This posture supports the continued abuse of the Shingle Springs Miwok Tribe, while simultaneously denying the tribe Equal Protection and Due Process of Law, leaving the tribe with no effective legal remedy available to them. For these reasons we implore you the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, to by any means necessary, issue interim emergency orders to protect and preserve and to provide legal remedy to the Shingle Springs Miwok Indian Tribe and similarly situated tribes.

I'm against what the DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR AND BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS HAS DONE TO US ORIGINAL MIWOK INDIANS AND THE GREED OF OTHER'S WHO ARE STAKING CLAIM TO OUR MIWOK ENTITLEMENT AND RECOGNITION. US ELDERS ARE GETTING OLDER, BUT WE NEED THIS FOR OUR CHILDREN. This is all wrong. We are the originals, my father, his father, grandmothers, great grandmothers, we need medical attention also. My daughter has advanced breast cancer, and a some would have been taken care of already, but we are still discriminated even in getting medical attention, that is why we are a dying race, and nobody cares as long as they are reaping the rewards. HR.3742 HR3697 and S.1703 only protects the BIA and Department of Interior failures and makes all the corruption unaccountable. Someone needs to be made accountable for all this injustice and make it right. One day, all will be held in judgement, and made accountable. Yes Leticia my niece from San Diego and my sis Linda, we are ROCK SOLID! PROUD TO BE MIWOK FOREVER. Good Job Cesar Caballero on your hard work, and help make someone accountable for our misjustice.

Help us stop the Tribal Identity theft and disenrollment of our Native Americans across the United States of America. If these bills are passed the true indigenous tribes will continue to not be represented or protected. ALL NATIVE AMERICANS NEED TO BE RECOGNIZED BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT JUST A TOKEN FEW. Each and every individual Indian descendant should be recognized. Obama continues to speak of change- the Identity theft, disenrollment and non-recognition of indigenous tribes needs to CHANGE!
