The Tejano Land Grant Movement seeks immediate justice for its heirs and descendants of Spanish Land Grants in Texas.

By signing this petition we assert our belief that the United States government violates the Civil Rights of heirs and descendants of Spanish Land Grants in Texas. Furthermore, the United States government allowed Texas lawmakers to impose laws which are unconstitutional under Federal and International law.

    JUSTICE! We all know in our hearts what happenned to our people was wrong the land from our family was stolen right from unden there feet. familys were forecd to move or work in the filds picking cotten,killed or worse. gov got greedy stole from inacent people. well now is the time to speek out for our family who cant speek for them selves,we all need to unite and come together as a family the time is near God is speeking to us all to come together stand up and let it be known that we are Not unknown heirs WE are known!!! GOD knows his people and everything happens in his time, not ours. Justice will come and soon! When God gives any man wealth and possessions,and enables him to enjoy them, to accept his lot and be happy in his work- this is a gift of God. Ecclesiastes 5:19 Proverbs says that good men attempt to leave an inheritance for his children's children, whereas the wealth of the wicked is stored for the righteous.

    We deserve respect and justice ss heirs and descendants to Spanish/Mexican land grants and mineral rights in South Texas. I totally support this petition to President Obama and Congress.
