    The Tenth Amendment has been totally ignored for decades and debt approaching 12 trillion is the result. H.R. 450 is sadly needed.

    Time to accept some responsibility for the irresponsible actions that are taking place in Washington. The people that are to know our constitution inside and out should be able to state where the bills proposed have given right from the constitution. Please support this bill.
