Sign the Petition : 4 Letters and Emails Sent So Far

Our children have been taken and the system responsible has taken away our rights to be parents, and to raise our own children. This is wrong and it must be stopped. The only way to stop this is by returning our children to the rightful place and that it should be with the parents, and the mother who brought them into this world should be first considered. If this is her choice, all judges should consider the natural order and that all are equal not just some and that we can deny one his own mother with out cause is a binding far from equal to those who are not so denied. To take away a young child is harmful and unless a harm has first been committed, it should not even be considered by the courts . The juvenile courts, can rule and decide where there is no judge no jury and often no reason for a child to be taken from its parent. This has been going on far to long that it should be ignored. The tax money that could be saved and the debt problem could be solved by ridding the states of these corrupt and greedy departments who seek to destroy the American people as a way to make money. Money that should help the people in need, instead serves to benefit the workers, and court officers who facilitate the crime they are committing against the children and unsuspecting Americans.

It is time that government take control of it's self and give back the children and stop taking them wrongfully, causing more harm to the family when they are supposed to prevent abuse and instead they are the ones inflicting abuse. The children can benefit from a shelter that will house them with the mother and help the family to support themselves with out government involvement. The government has such resources at there disposal, why not save money and put people to work for themselves, many of us are able and worthy. The fact that our children are kept from us is a wrong that should never have been considered. I demand a trial top tell me what I am guilty of and that this should be by a jury of citizens, and not the unfair practices they are currently using to deprive us of our liberty and happiness. It is time we take it into considering that the wrong can be corrected but must be done immediately. One child suffering is far too many !

    babies need theyre mothers and no one loves them like theyre own mommy and it is very sad when you can't even see them , they dont allow any contact . no calls and no mail. It is so sad, to think that youre own mom cant love you. but the whole time she has been desperately tryingf to do what ever it would take just to get no where. I am sickened by this. I am feed up with the system for all the harm they cause and for all the lies they tell just to get a pay check. This is cruel and tears apart family which every child has and the state should not destroy these lives for profit.

    no child should be keept from its own mother, unless there is a real case of abuse going on. The fact that our tax dollars are used to fund the services offered here is part of the problem. The greed is fueled by bonuses given to social workers who lie in order to get the adoption finalized. Courts and government agencies are raking in the cash, while kids suffer. Babies are being torn from the mother for no other reason but the state agency must account for a certain number of 'abused /neglected kids' in order to get federal moneys and if it falls below the mark it wont recieve our tax dollars. Why not reward workers who return the children whom are not suffering abuse
    to the parents quickly instead of paying more of our tax dollars to foster these children and bilk the system for all its worth wich is a load of crap. the harm done here reaches deeper than our own pants pocket, when will we say enough to DCSF and give back the children to the parents who love and want them? Thr state should not have such powers to tear apart familys and use our own hard earned money so they can have jobs.

    This is perhaps the most important issue aside from our economic woes. It is an issue that must be addressed immediately, as it strikes at the very foundation of our nation. I understand there are children who need protection from abuse, but these are not the children these 'government agencies' are concerned with. A fact that is noted in the number of legitamate abuse cases being made public now. That, in turn, shows that these 'agencies' are not doing the jobs they would lead us to believe. There is nothing to justify these attacks against targeted citizenry and it must be corrected.
