BOYCOTT OF GM PRODUCTS UNTIL PRIVATE OWNERSHIP IS RESTORED

The billions of dollars in loans and handouts made with Chrysler and GM CEOs must stop and be reversed. Any member of Congress who voted in favor of these massive bailouts is now targeted to be replaced at the next election by someone who actually supports our Constitution.

It is not the role of the federal government to buy shares or in any way "own" a private business or corporation. We the people are fed up with an overreaching, overbearing and ever-encroaching federal government and refuse to participate in this fascism taking place before our eyes.

We now know that the billions of dollars wasted on Chrysler went for naught, as the company is declaring bankruptcy on June 1, 2009. A company that was "too big to fail" and HAD to be "rescued" by the federal government is now going under anyway. We the people knew that it would all along, which was why we opposed the first bailout under President Bush.

It was up to Chrysler's management to lay off people, refuse to meet the demands of the union, downsize, or do whatever was necessary to save the company, not the American taxpayer. We now will boycott GM and all its products until the federal government returns it to private hands.

No government in private business. No bailouts for business that fails to make a profit and bone the shareholders. Cut government dead wood, cut out these big bonuses for people who lose other peoples money. Boycott GM and Chrysler.

I am not a patriot if I support a government-owned enterprise. That is the antithesis of capitalism, one of America's most precious values. Capitalism allows individuals with a dream to earn as much money as they choose to give themselves the opportunity to earn. Bailing out a falling business rewards failure. Are we American'ts or Amer-I-CANs?

As a 22 Year Salaried Employee of General Motors and an 8 Year Salaried Employee of Delphi Corporation forcecd into early retirement with a significant loss of my earned pension stolen by this supposed bankruptcy and government take over. I have also lost my healthcare insurance.
I will not purchase a GM product nor allow any of my eligible relations use our GM discount to purchase a GM product until the US Government and GM restores 100% of my earned pension.

This is about bailing out incompetence and rewarding the unions and buying votes( AKA Democratic contributers). Flagrant abuse of federal power and money. Lower my taxes and let the incompetent go away as they should. History has proven someone with a better product will take their place.

I currently own 2 Chrysler vehicles that were back in 2000 and 2007. Trust me, I won't be buying Chrysler or GM in the future. I'll go back to Ford. I didn't believe in the bailout and then when Chrysler went into bankruptcy after receiving the money, I couldn't believe it. My personal opinion, they need to GIVE BACK the bailout money since they went into bankruptcy which would have happened even without the bailout money.

The bailouts were two sided. They helped the ceo's make money and destroy the lives of retiree's with the gov. blessings . The Government control of private and free business is not the plan of a free nation only a plan of a few communist countries . I will boycott GM it will be easier since my Pension was cut and my health care was dropped
