I beleave the court should not withould evidence favorable to a difendit as it did in my case. I spent time in Prison becouse I was charged child support for years that I had court ordered coustody of my son. The Court Witheled Evidence of my case becouse it clearly showes that I was charged support for years,for the same son,by two women at the same time,under the same Docket Number, During The Same Time I Had Coustody Of Said Son! Becouse Child Support Enforcement is beyound the law,records are still being withheld,distoryed, conceled,and even altered. I do have records that prove what I'm saying but knowone listen to "A Deadbeat Dad". This violates my Counstitonal Rights To Due Prosess. I was even denied my request for an appeal on the day I was sentsed. I have Court Records That Prove my claims,but I can't afford an attorney and this case is just being swept under the rugg.
I can think of no better suited individual for the position. Unfortunately, Mr. Fine is a distinct rarity, both in conviction and character, especially in California where corporate government (Judicial Council) has taken over the Legislature. Re-instilling integrity into what has become a corrupt judicial branch (well beyond state level) is the only way to restore justice to what has otherwise evolved into a kangaroo court of organized crime. It will be by the provision of men of Mr. Fine's character that belief that it actually functions for the individual American will be re-instilled.

How can I sum up 20 years of abuse from the child support system, all I can say at this point is I have proof through hard copies and video transcripts of the blatant, in your face ignorance, ignoring every possible civil right that there is, spend the day with me and you will be shocked, they have become bold and very aggressive in michigan, the lies I can prove, signed orders from judges blantantly ignored an on and on and on!!!!! I wa even left in jail after a signed payment order was put into place and I paid that very day, less then 30 days later six cop cars come to my home, beat down
my door practicall and arrest me. After making bail the next day, I was kept in jail and put into general population 4 an additional 72 hours, where threats were even made to my life after exposing an individual that stole anothers pair of glasses. I was very scared for my life after never being convicted for anything more then driving 10 mph over the speed limit. My ex-wife had a great time in euorope though for the 3rd time in 5 years, her and her new boyfriend
who owes over $100,000.00 himself and I only owed $20,000.00 $5,000.00 of which is interest after loosing my engineering job here in detroit and I never missed a pyment for 15 years and my childre were already getting married and starting their own family. They never saw one red cent??????
And this was supposed to be a stse wide sweep in March of 2009, only it seems some were not rounded up obviously. Maybe it was the fact I listed all my assests in the hopes they would give time to sell everything

Jucinile courts alloud my child to be mentally phycically and sexually abused in the foster care. They terminated my parental rights because I'M deaf. They ciolaterd my childs right to choice, and to be at the trial. They jave ;ied and made me do a evaluation with no interpter. My leafal defender won;t take the apeal to supream court. They have threaten my child if he don't do what they want him to they will put him in a boys group home. We have not seen or talked to one another since June 28Th. I feel like they are trying to kill me they refuse to even let me know if he is alive. Please help us, My parents have not heard a word from him either. since is so cruel I can not live like this. Mr. Fine is a true leader and has morals and integrity. We need him in the Supreme Court! What is happening to so called justice in this country is a shame and a joke. Judicial injustices are occurring at an alarming rate, endangering our children, who have been abused and or neglected by a parent, and who are begging for protection. Protective Parents attempting to use the legal channels to protect their children, are being chastised and blamed for protecting their children by corrupt commissioners, judges, therapists, attorneys, evaluators, etc. They are awarding sole custody to the abusive parent, or at the minimum, unmonitored visitations. These children are not being protected and the corruption needs to stop to ensure our children's safety. Mr. Fine could be the change our children desperately need!!
Judge Michie Violated my sons rights on 7-2-2009. When he denied and is trying to force him to agree to be adopted by the foster parents that have had him for four months. He choice to be with me his mother. Even after the Judge ruled at the beginning of the hearing that he had a right to choice they villated that right and terminated my parental rights, even after the case workers that new us agreed that I was a good parent . I have a good home and everything my child needs he was denied his first wish to be with his mom. Now dcfs has refused to let us have any contact ast all, How can that possabel be in my twelve year ols best interest? not even his grandparents or any of the people he loves and is bonded to. I fear what has happened to him since July 2,2009 when they told him I lost the battle I still have a chance to apeal which I'm waiting on the court papers. I think anyone willing to expose crooked judges should be appointed. The judge my husband and I had in our case was bribed by the gaurdian ad lidem to take my kids away in Hardy County West Virginia because she new what his son was doing and forging another judges signature on court documents and now I can't see my children because the judge allowed himself to be bribed.
