as the legislative director for the local # 497 apwu i feel it is very crucial for everyone to be active about the fmla restoration act. i also feel it is a form of union busting
my son had and may still have cancer, this bill is an invastion of my and my sons privacy. what cancer patiant can afford to pay more money out just to satisfy the nosie busniess and the coworker who want to know the information about the patient private health. what to fire him or her so they may put a friend or family member in his or her job. where are the individuals rights now in the great usa!
My daughter has a genetic condition and the increased burden placed on me, a single mother, to keep verifying this at my expense does not make any sense...it seems like it's really meant as a punishment. Is that the reasoning behind this premise? I support H.R.2161.
Please support the group of your constituents that are the 3rd largest employer in the United States. My mother has lung cancer so I can attest to the importance of this bill.
