HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009

This Gun Control act is Clearly unconstitutional. The second amendment gives citizens the right to own and bear arms. This is not conditional. Congress, the President and the federal judges are not recognizing the constitutional rights of the citizens of the United States of America. It seems that President Obama is trying to Make this a socialist state. It did not work with the U.S.S.R. and it won't work here. Lets get back to the Constitution as it should be.
