in georgia we cannot even have corn snakes and they are not even venomous
It has been a life long dream of mine to own a reptile store. Now when my finacee I just start to get started my dreams are about to be shot down. Please dont do this. Check out my safe and gorgeous animals on my face book.

There are far more incidents with dogs than reptiles if you want to do something require a license to own, sell or breed.

I beg of you as a Army War Veteran, PTK Student, and as a American dont pass these bills.
This ban is obtuse! These animals will NOT survive 2 winters in the states!!! Get the facts please before you take away my income!
No one will take my pets!!
Banning anything just causes it to go underground!!!
I understand the need to control the ever increasing problem of pets being released into the wild. but this bill will not justify the punishing of law abiding citizens from owing a pet well cared for and just as much a part of the house hold as any one living there
This is a Florida problem. Not a Federal one. This is ridiculous.
Guess one by one our rights are just stripped away!
This bill is appaling. To invade our homes and remove treasured members of a caring family - and this is a government run by the people???? Clearly it is not.
This is a stupid bill. Politicians should not have this much free time on their hands right now.
These bills are a joke!! Spend tax dollars and represenatives time fixing some real problems with this country, before we worry about constrictors (Which by the way are one of the least impacting non-native species problems in the country).
This is unnecessary federal legislation to address a problem that realistically doesn't even extend into a large proportion of the state of Florida. This is subversion of the established scientific and political process, and if passed it will only serve to cripple the Captive Bred trade in reptiles!
This bill should not be passed. There are plenty of responsible pet owners, I have several boas and pythons myself, and I don't think it's right to punish those who have done good. None of my snakes have ever harmed anyone in anyway. This is just another bill to take away our freedom.
I believe that this bill should be passed and all wild-caught animals should be banned. You have people that are breeding them and then selling them and not paying taxes on them. There are probably millions of dollars that are not being payed.
Thank you.
These proposals have no facts to warrant this legislation.
This bill is only the first step to taking away our rights to own anything thats not a cat dog or fish.
This legislation is a knee-jerk reaction to Burmese pythons in the Everglades, yet it will do nothing to resolve that situation. Instead, it will cripple many small businesses and their suppliers. Do we really want to kill jobs in this economy? If passed into law, this bill would cost Americans much but return absolutely nothing.
This is another bill where our glorious government is attempting to take away yet another right that we enjoy. First guns, now pets. If we don't make an attempt to stand up and voice our opinions, then it is our faults that we allow these cretins the power they so enjoy. Thank you.
Belive it or no having a chondro pythons is like having a puppy, it will never cause any harm, and this is like having any other per, and keep alot of people entertained.
