Please help the US catch up with other countries who have already enacted laws. Passing a bill to ensure workplace civility will have a far-reaching "ripple" effect. This is out of hand. I have been experiencing this for two years and have done nothing wrong. I feel like whatever reason this is being done, it is not the truth. If any of you doing this think you are doing the right thing, you are so wrong. It destroys innocent families.

I am a former professor of sociology. I taught full-time in Lancaster pa. I was the victim of workplace mobbing. I had idea it was going on so I filed a sixty point complaint with the pennsylvania dept of human relations commission. I did that so the harassment would be locked in and documented forever. Now nobody can dispute it. It could have been a two hundred point complaint, but my hands got tired after a while so i only wrote 60 examples of harassment in my workplace. What strange is bullying is suppose to stop in elementary school, and here it's going on in the academia. No lie! The Complaint is with the commonwealth of pennsylvania human relations commission. The Pa case number is PHRC 200800802. It was submitted august 1, 2008. Then what the nuts did is fired me. I was the best teacher in the whole dam dept. hands down!!! After they mysteriously released me, then it spread to the community of Lancaster, and then became Organized cause Stalking. Then i was retaliated againt for filing the complaint by some plastic police in delaware that were sending me text messages from my ex-girlfriend cell phone. I send text message back, then they ran into the courtroom where a female judge was showing her my text messages, but not showing the female judge the one i was sent. It was big set up. Then the psycho-cops broke into my house, and took all the gift my ex-girlfriend gave me a piled them up on my bed. No shit! But didn't take any picture of her. They didn't know what the girl looked like. The police labeled me as a trouble marker. I was a whistleblower. I should have fell under the federal whistleblower act. It was crazy experience. Then this one guy in lancaster put me on the internet, and in the paper 12 times. He is the only one to report the incident. Later i found out that he is a freemason. And he knows the dean of my former employer. Mobbing really does happen. I spoke to a forensic psychologist. And a criminologist. I really wasn't aware it was going on, I never knew what the terminology was until i met the forsenic psychologist, who was an expert on crime too. They are like WASP, and they do it for pure sport. Being a sociologist and all, I studied it, and wrote everything down. I kept referring to it as gang rape. I knew it was happening. They even planted this psychopath in one of my classes. I have documented. Each day this nut would do three things to me. I have alll the names of all the players. I got a hold of some the police reports. I wasn't suppose to have them, but I got em anyway. I made copies and gave them to other people. You ought see these police reports. The police had this mysterious witness, he lied so much, that they had to black his name out on the police report. Then the police stated in the police report that he was a trustworthy witness. Every morning when I wake up my beighbors say horrible things that are from my past. The verbally present scenarios loud that try to get me to associate everything I put in my mouth with oral fixations or "cock sucking". This is annoy since I m not a homosexual. It s clear that it neighborhood mobbing. The only way they can know what I m doing is by being able to see me or they have been in my apartment. They are constantly stating that I should inject drugs into my arm, and they also make statements about raping and harming women and they state that imply I want to rape children. These statements have been going on since June 2010. I feel they are being fueled with private information that is legally protected under the law. I hate rapist and pediphiles and statement I made about Micheal Jackson are used against me to make it look like I would immulate a pervert. I love women and it pains me to constantly hear people state that I hit women. They use whatever I put on Facebook and turn it into something ugly. I have the habit of talking out loud, an as a person with schizo affective disorder, sometime I get pressured speech episodes. They are constant make snuff sound as if I sniff cocaine. I know who put these people up to this but I feel like there is nothing I can do. These people have set up the same type harassment against where ever I work and the same statement forced me to quit my last job. I have done a lot of work on my mental health and of the scores of relationships I ve had only one had a hand ful of violent incidents. They even do and say odd things about on the train, while I m shopping, even while I m driving, this neetwork of people have been playing games on the road with grey cars specifically since I wrote satan on my grey colored radiator. I can sense that they have hacked into my computer since every time I used my laptop there is someone talking about what I m doing on it. Also at my ex girlfriend s apt. in Manhattan, her neighbors say disgusting things while I m there. They state about drugs and pedophilia. It s driving me insane. Some day I feel like killing myself cause the statements are so disgusting. Even my pyschiatrist is clear on this not being some crazy internal dialogue in my head. I ve lost some many friends because I guess they think the horrible stuff they hear about me is true. There is also a bunch of statement that I m a terrorist or a supporting of terrorism but I ve never contributed to that type of violence. My neighbor on the floor below is a weirdo who I guess given direction for the landlord where my bed is, he often groans loud so their is a rythmic sound underneathe my bum when I m sleeping and I hate it.They are so focused to make me slip and loose my mind, they taunt me and I think they want me to end up in a psychiatric ward like last summer. My harassment has caused me to become totally disabled. I have atleast 2 to 3 seizures a day if not more.

One More thing about Chambers County TX 77514. I have been followed to Austin by a brown helicopter. The last time was a week ago. They showed up again and again at my work. It always seems to be after I try and report crimes that I seen in Chambers County TX. This group seems to believe they are above the law. My supervisor has been manipulating, intimidating, mobbing, bullying us for years. We are all at the point of staying inside our cubicles as much as possible, with the exception of her "fav's". No one talks because anything said, will be delivered by her "fav's" twisted and misconstrued. She has even been known to call Dr.'s posing as the employee, using the information, (DOB, SS#) to find out how severe or mild their medical condition is. She has even called a Dr's office to make sure an employee in the waiting room or there to see the Dr.. Since the recession, it has intensified to an extreme level. I remember my mother telling me about the Great Depression and how employees were treated, hence the birth of American Labor Unions. Who deserves this in the United States of America??

I have been the victim of Community Based Harassment for 7 1/2 years since divorcing my former husband. I strongly believe he and my former brother-in-law are behind, spreading the lies that have brought about this on-going harassment. The reason that I have become harassed by my preps, is because I was involved in a network marketing company. I have been harassed for nearly 2 years it was started by law enforcement and continues despite complaints at local, state, and federal level. they are tracking me by my car xm?? or low jack?? and by my cell phone verizon refuses to give me copies of pinging to my phone without a court order.and all my complaints have been disreguardes. . I am a victim of Community Base Harassment. I have been Harassed and Stalked Daily since about 2004. I think it was a started few years before but it was mainly one neighbor. I did not know what was happening to me at first. I am married woman of twentys years. My husband and I ran a small software business online from 1998 to 2007. We now give that software away for free. My husband still maintains the site for free. We are hard working good people. What has happen to us is criminal. I called the police for help many times. Only to be treated as if I was doing something wrong. Because the police were friends with the people that were harassing me. Then the police contracted to my neighborhood started stalking me. Always outside waiting for me when I came outside my home, to blair his highbeems at me as he would drive past me from 5:00 am to about 6:30 am. Or he would cross my path in my car any time I left or returned to my home. I started writing letters to the ACLU, SPLC as well as others for help. We did not get help. Then I was faslely charged with crimes I did not commit. I went to court for two years to show my inocents. While I was being harassed Daily. Thousands dollors in Legal fees. Not to mention the fact that I have not been made whole. They were spraying me with chemicals when I would go outside my home, four of my nieghbors played recordings of loud beepers anytime I came outside to take trash out or cut the grass. They would do this to me in the stores were they worked in my neighborhood as well. They would have noise campains with Lawn blowers. They would come in front of my home and stand on the side walk pointing at my home from 7:00 am and on though the day trying to engage me in a fight for about four years. The false charges were dropped because of Evidence of pictures the I took of the Man that falsely accused me of Terrorist Threat on my driveway yeling at me. Telling to move out of my home. As well as Pictures I took of that same Man puting his hands inside my vehicle pickng up a bag and throwing it at me. At the stop sign at the corner of my street. There is so much to tell about what they did to me that I would be writing all day. I have moved and still I am being harassed. I have been paying for a rental at the same time paying for my morgage since September of 2009 because I have not been able to get my home ready to sale because of Fear of someting bad happeing to me while I am there alone. Please understand that they have ruined me. I wake up at night with fear. I can not work. I am DAMAGED. If something is not done. Many more good people are going to be damaged to the point that they can not work either. I only have support because my husband is still working. But what if he can not handle this anymore one day. I am a victim of this in my workplace. There is someone who is very jealous of me and had rallied co-workers to turn on me. I found out from some of the co-workers who she approached. But now she has gone as far as (recently) rallying a buddy of hers who is a brother in-law of my boyfriend's neighbor. This person used me to train her in order to gain a position and then denied that I helped her in any way, which is a cheap way to assert her personal value; and then she spread rumors about me (4 years ago) in an attempt to get me out of our office and ruin my reputation. She has not stopped -- she is still doing it.
