Stop Workplace Mobbing and Community Based Harassment

Please help the US catch up with other countries who have already enacted laws. Passing a bill to ensure workplace civility will have a far-reaching "ripple" effect. Workplace harassment cannot remain unchecked and reflects the larger society. Promote production and profit on the job, not pain and dysfunction.

This is out of hand. I have been experiencing this for two years and have done nothing wrong. I feel like whatever reason this is being done, it is not the truth. If any of you doing this think you are doing the right thing, you are so wrong. It destroys innocent families.

This is one of the sanest explanations I have seen on the internet. Organized Harassment and Workplace Mobbing do go hand in hand, as one is but an extension of the other.

I am a former professor of sociology. I taught full-time in Lancaster pa. I was the victim of workplace mobbing. I had idea it was going on so I filed a sixty point complaint with the pennsylvania dept of human relations commission. I did that so the harassment would be locked in and documented forever. Now nobody can dispute it. It could have been a two hundred point complaint, but my hands got tired after a while so i only wrote 60 examples of harassment in my workplace. What strange is bullying is suppose to stop in elementary school, and here it's going on in the academia. No lie! The Complaint is with the commonwealth of pennsylvania human relations commission. The Pa case number is PHRC 200800802. It was submitted august 1, 2008. Then what the nuts did is fired me. I was the best teacher in the whole dam dept. hands down!!! After they mysteriously released me, then it spread to the community of Lancaster, and then became Organized cause Stalking. Then i was retaliated againt for filing the complaint by some plastic police in delaware that were sending me text messages from my ex-girlfriend cell phone. I send text message back, then they ran into the courtroom where a female judge was showing her my text messages, but not showing the female judge the one i was sent. It was big set up. Then the psycho-cops broke into my house, and took all the gift my ex-girlfriend gave me a piled them up on my bed. No shit! But didn't take any picture of her. They didn't know what the girl looked like. The police labeled me as a trouble marker. I was a whistleblower. I should have fell under the federal whistleblower act. It was crazy experience. Then this one guy in lancaster put me on the internet, and in the paper 12 times. He is the only one to report the incident. Later i found out that he is a freemason. And he knows the dean of my former employer. Mobbing really does happen. I spoke to a forensic psychologist. And a criminologist. I really wasn't aware it was going on, I never knew what the terminology was until i met the forsenic psychologist, who was an expert on crime too. They are like WASP, and they do it for pure sport. Being a sociologist and all, I studied it, and wrote everything down. I kept referring to it as gang rape. I knew it was happening. They even planted this psychopath in one of my classes. I have documented. Each day this nut would do three things to me. I have alll the names of all the players. I got a hold of some the police reports. I wasn't suppose to have them, but I got em anyway. I made copies and gave them to other people. You ought see these police reports. The police had this mysterious witness, he lied so much, that they had to black his name out on the police report. Then the police stated in the police report that he was a trustworthy witness. Every morning when I wake up my beighbors say horrible things that are from my past. The verbally present scenarios loud that try to get me to associate everything I put in my mouth with oral fixations or "cock sucking". This is annoy since I m not a homosexual. It s clear that it neighborhood mobbing. The only way they can know what I m doing is by being able to see me or they have been in my apartment. They are constantly stating that I should inject drugs into my arm, and they also make statements about raping and harming women and they state that imply I want to rape children. These statements have been going on since June 2010. I feel they are being fueled with private information that is legally protected under the law. I hate rapist and pediphiles and statement I made about Micheal Jackson are used against me to make it look like I would immulate a pervert. I love women and it pains me to constantly hear people state that I hit women. They use whatever I put on Facebook and turn it into something ugly. I have the habit of talking out loud, an as a person with schizo affective disorder, sometime I get pressured speech episodes. They are constant make snuff sound as if I sniff cocaine. I know who put these people up to this but I feel like there is nothing I can do. These people have set up the same type harassment against where ever I work and the same statement forced me to quit my last job. I have done a lot of work on my mental health and of the scores of relationships I ve had only one had a hand ful of violent incidents. They even do and say odd things about on the train, while I m shopping, even while I m driving, this neetwork of people have been playing games on the road with grey cars specifically since I wrote satan on my grey colored radiator. I can sense that they have hacked into my computer since every time I used my laptop there is someone talking about what I m doing on it. Also at my ex girlfriend s apt. in Manhattan, her neighbors say disgusting things while I m there. They state about drugs and pedophilia. It s driving me insane. Some day I feel like killing myself cause the statements are so disgusting. Even my pyschiatrist is clear on this not being some crazy internal dialogue in my head. I ve lost some many friends because I guess they think the horrible stuff they hear about me is true. There is also a bunch of statement that I m a terrorist or a supporting of terrorism but I ve never contributed to that type of violence. My neighbor on the floor below is a weirdo who I guess given direction for the landlord where my bed is, he often groans loud so their is a rythmic sound underneathe my bum when I m sleeping and I hate it.They are so focused to make me slip and loose my mind, they taunt me and I think they want me to end up in a psychiatric ward like last summer.
