President Obama and Geithner have lost the confidence of investors and the people. Obama needs to fire Geithner in a first move to restore confidence to the markets, Investors, and the ordinary citizens. People are looking for leadership not accomplices or excuses.
Tim 'eHarmony' Geithner is too close to the banking industry is was supposed to regulate as chair of the NY Fed; his mentors are the now-disgraced Robert Rubin and the inexplicably employed Larry Summers; and his actions, along with former Sec. Paulson and Ben Bernanke, have further consolidated the financial sector, and done nothing to help the ordinary Americans that financed the rescue, or put the nation on more stable footing going forward.
Hire Joseph Stiglitz, a real economist, and representative of the people.

Tim Geithner has way to many connections that constitute more of the same policies that did not work before. He cannot make correct decisions for this country with his prior tainted contacts and entirely too close to the problems themselves.
Not only that but he was part of the Federal Reserve Bank which is a privately owned company, which has printed "federal reserve notes", which has no value whatsoever. He needs to go, NOW.
It is incredible that you would install someone to lead the IRS that purposely did not pay his taxes...or is so incompetent that he forgot to pay his taxes. You have violated the trust bestowed upon your office. You, too, should consider resigning. Demonstrate some honor and integrity.
