This petition and criminal complaint addresses significant facts about the terrible victimization the group of NYC homeowners. Abuse of power by the newly created agencies Mayor?s Office of Special Enforcement (MOSE), Financial Crime Task Force (FCTF), Mayor?s Office Criminal Justice NYC (MOCJ) resulted in organized by the government lethal financial crimes, real estate scams, assassination. We are protesting the governmental corruption, cronyism, influence peddling for private financial criminal profits, misuse the public funds intended to combat financial crimes.
This petition, criminal complaint is written by the group of unsolved financial crimes victims and their supporters who are against the criminalization of the NYC government.
